We, at Vrutikhesh Organik Produkts are engaged in manufacturing organic fertilizers and trading of earthworms. Organic fertilizers we offer help in enriching the soil without harming the soil composition. With the expertise and knowledge we have been able to cater Vermicompost, Vermiwash to our clients. The organization was founded by Mr. M.Nagaranjan and his wife Mrs. N. Kavitha, after a detailed research on vermiculite and in consultation with the Tamilnadu Agriculture University personnel. They have even set up their own vermiculture unit at Coimbatore. With stringent quality measures like analysis of PH of the feed, vermicompost and vermiwash, frequent measurement of temperature of vermi bed etc., we ensure to deliver our customers products in the best condition.

We manufacture superior quality organic fertilizers and trade earthworms, which are a good source of enriching the soil. These naturally manufactured products have no chemicals, which harm the nutrient content of the soil or the crop. We provide our customers with best quality Vermicompost, Vermiwash, Earthworms, etc.

The raw material we use for production is the feed given to earthworms like Cow dung, Banana Trees, Water Lilly, Banana Trees and Vegetable Wastes. These are mixed thoroughly in a balanced proportion and kept exposed in air and sunlight to decompose. After this, decomposed mixture is given as feed to earthworms.

To ensure that we meet the demands of our clients and provide them with the best quality products we carry out stringent quality measures such as:

• Frequent analysis of pH of the feed, vermicompost and vermiwash are organised and maximum effort are taken to keep the pH under control.
• To provide our customers with quality products, frequent testing of vermicompost and vermiwash are done at Tamilnadu Agriculture University in guidance of agricultural specialist.
• To maintain appropriate temperature of bed for the earthworms and frequent measurement of temperature of vermi bed is taken.

All these efforts have directed our moves towards achieving the ISO certification and we are in the process of certification.

We provide our customers with vermicompost in its purest form without any foreign adulterant. We use tarpaulins to lay the decomposing bed in order to eliminate contamination at fist step itself. The vermicompost taken out from vermi tanks are then again sieved to ensue that only pure, black & granular vermicompost reaches our customer.

Our state of the art infrastructure, posses latest machines to carry out our manufacturing & testing processes. Some of the machines we use are:

• Packing machine

In addition to modern machines, we have teams of industry experts who with their experience, skills and research enhance our production capabilities. They keep themselves upgrade with latest technology which in turns helps in manufacturing superior quality organic products. In addition to these expertise we regularly conduct our quality tests at Tamilnadu Agricultural University so ensure that all our products are according to the market demand.

Our constant efforts have led to continuous increase in our production and we are able to offer:

• 15 tonnes of vermicompost per month
• 1000 litres of vermiwash per month
• 250 Kg of earthworms every month.
