Mr. Suresh Panchal started SURESH MECHANICAL WORKS in the year 1964 as a partnership firm with his family members as his other partners. Today the firm has Mr. Suresh Panchal and his son Mr. Kiran Panchal as its partners. Mr. Dhawal Panchal, the younger son of Mr. Suresh Panchal is a Mechanical Engineer with Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Engineering from CIPET Ahmedabad is the proprietor of D. P. PLASTIC, a manufacturing unit in Daman. Mr. S. D. Apte, with an experience of over 30 years in the Plastic Industry is also on board as full time Technical Consultant for the Firm.

We are one of the leading manufacturers of moulds and moulded components.

We make moulds, dies, and do plastic moulding for ABS, Polystyrene, HIP, Nylon, Delrin, Polypropylene, HDPE, Polycarbonate, Polyurethane, Hytrel, PBT etc. to the required from and shape. We are in the trade for more than 40 years. We have progressed and acquired expertise in this period.

During this period we have made moulds, dies and moulding for vast range of products like auto - parts, novelties and gift articles, toys and sports, electronics and electrical, road safety, packaging, furniture and utility items of household, sanitary and industrial use and many more different products.

We have a work force of 15 men in the mould making department, out of which 4 are experienced mould makers, 2 are turners, 3 millers, 1 is an experienced EDM operator, 2 fitters and 3 helpers and 8 men in the moulding department out of which 3 are experienced moulders and the rest are helpers.

We dont work individually. We are a team and work with teamspirit. Ours is a team enthusiastic and devoted towards cause. We are well equipped with the requisite machinery in our tool room and moulding shop.
