Incepted in the year 1998, we Concept Engineering International are one of the rewnoned Manufacturers and Exporters of a wide range of industrial heat exchanger parts and components including fin tubes, dish ends, expansion bellows, crimped type fin tubes, root soldered fin tube etc. Our range is renowned for its high end features such as dimensional accuracy, corrosion and temperature resistance, easy installation and low maintenance. Designed to perfection, our range has received an overwhelming response from clients based all across the country.

Our company is engaged in the exporting of almost 90%  of the heat exchanger related products, i.e 95% of our turnover is based on the exports done by us. Our technologically sound infrastructural set up plays a crucial role in our organizational growth. Our manufacturing unit comprises press tools including progressive dies, consulting, fabrication and assembly work that are needed for fabricating our range. Besides, we are led by a united team of experts who enable us to meet with all the demands of the clients that are spread across Dubai, Indonesia, Singapore, Malayasia, South East Asia, North Europe and Middle East.

Under the able guidance of our Founder, Mr.Dewang Jhaweri, we have come a long way since our beginning and are still progressing with full vigor to surpass all heights in the industry. Infrastructure

We have framed our entire infrastructure by incorporating all the significant features that are required to manufacture precision engineered range of industrial heat exchanger parts and components. Our company has a factory for wire wound fin tubes & turbulators based on an area of 4000 Sq. Ft. with 5 finning machines and 3 turbulator machines having a capacity of 5000 mtrs. of wire wound fin tubes and 10,000 mtrs of turbulators. In this factory, production of  oil coolers. low fin tube, crimped fin tube can also take place. Further, our company also has a CNC drilling facility having an area of 2000 Sq. Ft is equipped with one crimped fin machine, one low fin machine & one CNC machine centre with 1650 x 825 bed.

In addition to this, we are also having block fin facility spread on an area of 5000 sq.ft. with machines and dies to make customized block fin coolers.  Moreover, our dished ends and bellow facility is based on a sprawling area of 20,000 Sq.Ft. with several presses the largest being 2000 tons and 100mm Shell rolling machine, which also includes hot forming facilities and can do 100mm thick dish ends.

Our well developed infrastructure is sprawling in a vast are and comprises the following:
