A-Flex is a comfort feature built on top of the REM star Auto algorithm. If breathing events occur, the auto algorithm raises the A-Flex pressure profile to eliminate those events, while simultaneously making sure that pressure never rises to a level that's unnecessarily, and uncomfortably, high.

The REM star Auto M Series with A-Flex is part of the Respironics System One Standard - a new approach that delivers the ultimate sleep therapy experience.

Designed To Be Seamless With Digital Auto-trak Sensitivity  

Digital Auto-Trak Sensitivity tracks each breath so the BiPAP Plus M Series with Bi-Flex and BiPAP Auto M Series with Bi-Flex can cycle between inspiratory and expiratory pressures based on the patient's breathing. It also automatically adjusts the variable trigger and cycle thresholds to maintain optimum performance in the presence of any leaks, and ensures optimum system response with every breath.

Bi-Flex "softens" airflow at inhalation and exhalation, making breathing more natural and comfortable for patients. In Bi-Flex mode, patient-adjustable pressure relief is provided at the critical stages: 

 1. EPAP to IPAP
 2. IPAP to EPAP
 3. During exhalation

This compact and lightweight unit is simple to operate offering a straightforward user interface and an integrated heated humidifier for easier setup and management. The unit also is the first noninvasive device to combine respironics' proven BIPAP technology with smart card for use with encore pro and is rich with features such as digital auto- trak sensitivity, adjustable rise time, and integrated alarms.

We offer The Siemens 900C is a Servo respiratory ventilator available in refurbished form. These ventilator are applicable for adult, pediatric and infant use. These devices have built-in electronic peep and comes with eight different ventilation modes and can be used in intensive care situations, anesthesia and transport.

We offer Siemens 300 a lung ventilator intended for adult, pediatric and neonatal patients. It offers a wide range of ventilation modes together with an auto mode function for greater treatment possibilities, shorter weaning times and increased patient comfort.


The 300A offers an auto mode feature: After two consecutive patient trigs the ventilator shifts from controlled to supported ventilation and remains in the support mode as long as the patient keeps triggering.

The Siemens 300A is comprised of 2 main components

Control Unit: Contains the electronic circuits necessary for control of ventilation (panel and knobs).

Patient Unit: Continually measures flow and pressure with transducers.
