CANDY PLANT ECONOMICAL

Introduction:
Candy or Sweet is the most popular type of confectionery over the world, and there is certainly something about this unique food that holds many mysterious qualities. Generally candies are available in fruit based flavors or Milk based flavor and some times with centre filling also. While we often think about candy as a food for children, we all know that adults love this delicious food as well.

Manufacturing Process:
Candy manufacturing is a simple process. First of all, certain ingredients such as are mixed in the homogenizer and transferred to the cooking pan. In this method stirring is done manually. The cooked batch is also transferred manually to the vacuum structure which removes the moisture left in it after cooking. The vacuumised candy mass is then transferred manually to the cooling plate for cooling. Once candy mass is cooled and mixed properly it is then transferred to the batch former which rolls the batch into a uniform mass and is fed to the rope sizer to form a uniform rope of the required size. This rope is then fed into the candy forming machines where candies are formed in required shape, size and weight. The formed Candies are discharged on the cooling conveyor which cools them so that they may be wrapped and packed further. The formed candies after cooling are packed by packing machine like pillow pack, single twist or double twist machine.

CENTER FILLED CANDY PLANT

Introduction:
Center filled candy is a special type of hard boiled candy having filling of fruit juice, chocolate paste etc.

Manufacturing Process:
Centre filled Candy manufacturing is a simple process. The candy mass is cooked by vacuum batch cooker or continuous vacuum cooker. The cooked mass is collected on water circulating cooling table for cooling. At this stage colour, flavour and other ingredients are added to the batch. The mass is then passed through rotary Kneading machine to ensure uniform distribution of ingredients in a hygienic way. Once candy mass is cooled and mixed properly it is then transferred to the Batch former attached to a centre filler machine so that the paste/liquid prepared separately beforehand, gets filled in the centre portion of the candy mass. The thick uniform centre filled mass produced is fed into the rope sizer to form a uniform rope of the required size. This rope is then fed into the candy forming machines where candies are formed in required shape, size and weight. The formed Candies are discharged on the cooling conveyor which cools them so that they may be wrapped and packed further. The formed candies after cooling are packed by packing machine like pillow pack, single twist or double twist machine.

Ball Lollipop is basically a candy, spherical in shape with the stick inserted into it. Lollipops are available in a variety of flavours, particularly fruit flavours. It is very famous among kids.

Manufacturing Process:
Ball Lollipop manufacturing is a simple process. The candy mass is cooked by vacuum batch cooker. The cooked mass is collected on water circulating cooling table for cooling. At this stage colour, flavour and other ingredients are added to the batch. The mass is then passed through rotary Kneading machine to ensure uniform distribution of ingredients in a hygienic way in the candy batch. Once the candy mass cools down it is then transferred to the batch former which rolls the batch into a uniform rope and is fed to the rope sizer to form a uniform rope of the required size. This rope is then fed into the lollipop forming machine where lollipop sticks are fed automatically and finally Ball lollipop of required shape & size is produced as per the specified seamless Die. The formed lollipop is discharged on the cooling conveyor which cools them so that they may be wrapped and packed further. TOFFEE PLANT

Introduction:
Toffee is called soft boiled confectionery made by sugar along with butter and milk. It is popular among young along with the children.

Manufacturing Process:
Toffee manufacturing is a simple process. First all certain ingredients are added in the batch homogenizer to prepare a homogenized mixture. Then mixture put into the toffee cooker. Steam is generated in the boiler having steam pressure. The steam generated is supplied to the Toffee cooker for cooking. Once the desired temperature is achieved, the toffee mass is collected on the water circulating cooling table for cooling. A pulling machine is used to set the toffee batch by which the flavor gets uniformly mixed in the batch. After the toffee mass cools down it is then transferred to the batch former which rolls the batch into a uniform rope and is fed to the rope sizer to form a uniform rope of the required size. The rope is then fed into the automatic cutting & wrapping machine where rope get cut in to the required length and than wrapped with paper automatically to get the final product.

BUBBLE GUM PLANT

Introduction:
Bubble gum is a type of chewing gum that is especially designed for blowing bubbles at the same time giving very good taste and chew effect. Bubble gums are available in many different colors and flavors. Bubble gums tend to be more viscous than standard chewing gum: this facilitates bubble blowing. It is more popular among children and teenagers.

Manufacturing Process:
Bubble gum manufacturing is a simple process involving three stages mixing, forming and packing. Desired quantity of gum base is heated in a steam jacketed Sigma Mixer to its melting point & then required ingredients are added and mixed. The mixed mass then transferred to the extruder to form a thin rope of required shape. The rope is fed directly into the Multi way cooling tunnel with air condition system to cool and dry the bubble gum rope to a particular consistency. The cooled & hardened rope is fed in the automatic cutting & wrapping machine wherein cutting of the bubble gum rope in desired size and packing them in a wrapper is performed.

Introduction:
Tablet is also one of the popular types of confectionery. Tablet is a type of confectionery having peppermint or any other flavour in it, they give cooling sensation in the mouth. It is available mainly in round shape with or without hole.

Manufacturing Process:
Tablet making process is different from other confectionery items. First step in tablet forming is screening of raw material. The material gets screen in the vibro sifter. Separation of solids from solid, Liquids from solid etc are done in screening process. The screened material is mixed properly in the mass mixer or in Ribbon blender where color, flavors and lubricated etc added. Then the material enters into the Multi mill machine which forms granules. These granules transferred to the tray dryer for drying. The dried material then transferred into the tablet press machine.
