Water based Rust convertor

A hi-tech single component ready to use water based product that reverses the process of rusting.

Complex cleaning is not required as basic rust is converted to a complex organo metallic compound forming a protective film on the surface. Two step protection in one application.

When applied on the metal it changes to a blackish coloured protective coating film. This marks the end of rusting of the metal surface.

Simple application by brush, roller or spray method can be applied for application. It can accept various types of top coats and paints.

Applications : Structural steel, Machinery, Industrial maintenance, Equipment.

Ready to use, effective release agents having release properties which are superior to those of the conventional mould oil.

High coverage provides economic usage.


Minimum cleaning  time and a further coat of the mould release agent renders shuttering ready for re-use.

Formulated for application to shuttering ply wood, steel, plastic faced formwork and moulds, prior to casting concrete, to ensure a clean release.

The types of mould release agents are : 

Oil Based Mould Release Agent :
Ready to use. A specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having release properties which are superior to those of conventional mould oil.

Chemical Based  Mould Release Agent :
Ready to use and Pre-diluted with water to produce a chemical release agent with the economy of a conventional oil.
