There is a feed plate which distributes the material evenly around the mantle & concave. The gyratory motion of the mantle crushes the feed material between concave & mantle. The material can crushed into various sizes by changing the closed side setting & stroke. The crusher must be choking fed at all times for proper reduction & consistent product gradation. Otherwise, the liner will wear unevenly causing uneven wear of concave & mantle. It results into making inconsistent output gradations.

Our concrete truck mixer is popularly known as Conmix and is strong & well designed construction equipment. The hydrostatic truck mixer transports concrete / mortar directly from plant to the place where it is to be poured with the mixer. Conmix with various capacities like 3, 4 and 6 cum is mounted on truck chassis. There is a high pressure axial piston type pump and motor (Rexroth / Sauer Sunstrand German make) which permits infinite varying drum speed from 0 to 14 rpm in both directions. The pump gives flow to the material to a high pressure hydraulic motor which rotates the mixer drum through a planetary gear box (ZF / Sauer Sunstrand German make). A specially designed transit mixer with high drum speed and speedy discharge arrangement can be mounted on 142" wheel base chassis.
