CONROS Steels is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. The certification demonstrates that the manufacturing and commercial procedures of Conros Steels are in conformance with the stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
Conros is in the procedure to implement CE marking as per CPD and PED by May 2010. Conros products are manufactured in conformance to the following International and Indian Standards: IS, ASTM, DIN, BS, EN, JIS, API, etc.
Conros Quality Control Laboratory has highly sophisticated facilities to test chemical, physical and mechanical properties of steel and zinc sockets and steel pipes as per various Indian and International specifications. The QC Dept. thoroughly inspects & controls all incoming materials, bought out components, & as well as the Process Quality.
Testing equipment includes Absorption Spectrophotometer, Carbon Sulphur Determinator, Micrometer, Vernier Calipers, Hydro-testing upto 3000 psi, Bend Test, Impact Test, Hardness Test etc.,
The Raw materials are inspected for various visual, physical, chemical & dimensional parameters.
Quality Control inspections are conducted throughout the process, to ensure conformance to the required IS, BS, ASTM, DIN etc. standards.
