Our range of acoustic room treatment are incorporated with panel, stuffing, ventilation and doors. The wall panels are made of prefabricated tiles of 700mm X 1100mm to suit wall conditions. In addition, the tiles are pre filled and placed on the wall for direct fitment. Further, the thickness of the tiles is about 0.6 mm GI and the perforations are of 3 mm diameter holes with 8 mm pitch. The perforated open area shall not be less than 40% for maximum absorption of sound levels and all engine frequencies. Further, the stuffing of our products is of 50mm thick and made of mineral wool and 25mm thick of glass fiber wool. It is of 48 kgs density per cubic meter and 24 kgs density per cubic meter respectively. Our stuffing works as the media or the absorption media of sound. For protection of our range, we offer protective film like fiber glass tissue paper, which is made of fine glass fiber. Further bonded with resin bonds and compressed to formulate a smooth and sturdy fine porous protective layer. In addition to this, we also provide ventilation axial flow fan, which are six aero foil blades casted out of aluminum LM 6 grade. These are robust and sturdy for the replenish of air on a regular basis to ensure that the engine does not over heat or does not starve from aspirating air for the burning of its fuel. Apart from this, our products are incorporated with doors of 100mm thick. These are fabricated out of mild steel of 2mm thickness and coated with one coat of epoxy paint to provide a uniform weather protection.

Acoustic Enclosure/Canopy

We offer acoustic enclosure and canopy, which are fabricated using sheet metal of thickness 14/16G. These are used to reduce the noise level of DG set and also functions as a weather proof housing. Further, we incorporate genset of multi fold sheet channels and ISMC sections. The enclosure construction is fully bolted and the doors are provided with specially designed hinges. Moreover, lockable handles, battery, fuel tank is housed outside the enclosure. In addition to this, we also use acoustic materials like compressed glass fibber in the form of slabs of 75-100 mm thickness and 96 kg/metric cube density. To increase the durability of acoustic material, we provide resin coated fibber glass tissue on exposed surface of glass wool slabs and the panels are supported by perforated sheets. Our products are surface treatment with weather proof and anti-corrosion treatment (seven tank process) to the entire structure along with pure polyester powder coating. For ventilation, our products are designed in such a way that there are no hot pockets around engine and it is provided with suitable designed engine radiator / or additional axial flow fan that do not allow the temperature to rise more than 5-7°C above ambient temperature. Moreover, the provisions are made in such a way that engine gets combustion air & cooling air within 2° C of ambient temperature. In addition to this, to achieve optimal output and minimum sound level from the DG set, we provide suitable openings with acoustic hoods, which helps increasing the inflow of air required for combustion & forced ventilation. We also incorporated air intake and exhaust fans or single unit velocity axial flow fans as per the requirement of our customers.
