The Elastomeric Bridge Bearings, developed by us, are reinforced bearing manufactured from synthetic chloroprene rubber (CR) or natural rubber (NR). These bearings can absorb vertical loads, horizontal movements and rotations around all axes. We are one of the most prominent Govt Approved Elastomeric Bridge Bearings Manufacturers, based in India. We use well proven production processes as recommended by IRC part II and by International codes that allow to use only high quality raw materials. Thereby, we can guarantee a long life-span without the need for maintenance. Our technically advanced bearings comprise of vulcanised elastomeric sheets that are reinforced by two or more Steel Sheets. The vulcanised reinforcing layers of highly tensile steel sheeting fully encompasses in Elastomer, which ensure absolute complete freedom from maintenance and corrosion.

MS Sliding Plate Bearings : Are the simplest bearing where the upper plate is attached to bottom of the girder/beam, slides over another plate. On account of very large, frictional forces involved and lack of provision for beam rotation, the use of this type of bearing is restricted.

Rocker & Roller Bearing : Consist of one or more roller of steel along with a rocker arrangement which permits a longitudinal and rotational movement. Raw materials for MS bearings are tested for are IS: 2062 grade.

Properties such as correct smoothness and curvature are obtained with strict attention to quality control. Each bearing is also tested for 125% of the designed capacity load.

Cast/Forged steel Rocker & roller Bearings : Are similar the MS type, the only difference is the use of cast/forged steel in its manufacture. This gives it a greater load-bearing capacity than a MS bearing of the same size.

PIN bearing consist of metal pin provide with in metal cylinder to bear & transmit horizontal forces along any direction in horizontal plane and accommodating rotational movement about any axis. These can’t bear and transmit any horizontal load.

This type of Bearing consist of sliding assembly with restraints along a desired direction to bear and transmit horizontal load along with movement in direction perpendicular to direction to horizontal force. These bearing are capable of allowing movement to any direction perpendicular to plane of sliding.
