Suitable for Medium / High Range Production.
Effective Exhaust creates Excellent Section Turbulence in Ventury section Enabling Effective Collection of Over - Sprayed Paint.
Water pumped to the Top of the water wall forms a uniform water screen which collects
oversprayed paint, for furthereffective Paint killing.
Exhaust Fumes pass through Eliminator plates in a Zig - Zag Fashion to the Exhaust Fan.

Powerful Exhaust Creates Excellent sectional & scrubbing in the eliminator section enabling effective Collection of over sprayed paint fumes.
Eliminator Plates Provided for arresting Traces of paint particles.
d) DOWN DRAUGHT DRY BACK, PAINT BOOTH
Suitable for painting of Large Size Components but only for limited production.
Uniform section Draught from both or single side of the Components.
Civil pit at the bottom with grating for effective paint killing & maintenance.
Effective Exhaust Creates Excellent sectional draught.

SALIENT FEATURES :
Dip tanks made of MS Sheets Adequately stiffened by structural Members.
The tanks have a sloping Bottom for easy drain out for maintenance.
Hot Tanks are suitably insulated
Phosphate Tanks are provided with TANK - IN - TANK indirect Heating system to avoid excessive SludgeFormation.
Guides are provided at the Tank Top for resting the component Baskets.
The Number of Tanks And Process Schedule will be as per the chemical supplier’s Recommendation.
Monorail & Hoist is Provided for Handling of the components.
Operator Movement platform is provided for Easy and safe Movement of operators during Operations.

Powder coating system are designed as per tailor made requirements to meet users actual needs.In this type we offer powder coating booth with multicyclone recovery system with ductless design,for 95% powder recovery efficiency. This system are designed with batch & conveyorised type. Global powder coating applicators are available with us.

POWDER COATING BOOTH WITH MULTI CYCLONE RECOVERY SYSTEM .
SALIENT FEATURES :

Powder recovery system Efficiency as High as 98%.

Comprises of the Three Sections Viz. Enclosure cyclones recovery And Bag House Filters.

Over sprayed powder is Forced Through the Bottom of the booth by an Exhaust Fan into the cyclone Tangentially.


Heavy Powder particles settle inside the cyclone separator.

Light Particles are collected inside the Bag House Filters.

The Exhaust Fan Provided is of High Pressure Low Volume type Fan. The capacity & Number of FANS is Decided by Booth CUT - OUTS.

Powder Recovery Booth ( Ductless Design)
SALIENT FEATURES :

The multicyclone recovery system ensures extremly high leval of powder recovery above 96%.

Ductless design ensures high powder efficiency & quick colour change.

Specially designed its internal shape, air current inside the booth are directed towards the article, leading to high first pass efficiency.

Within the booth air velocities are ensured to meet international pollution control norms & are maintained over LEL (Low explosive level).
