The firm is spearheaded by its four partners, viz, Shariq Contractor, Gautam Nayak, Himanshu Kishnadwala and Nandita Parekh and is committed to providing value-added personalised services to its clients with the highest levels of ethics, integrity and quality.
The firm has in-house expertise in diverse areas of practice, including audit and assurance services, direct taxes, indirect taxes, exchange control regulations and consultancy services and has set standards of excellence in each of these areas. Each area of practice is monitored and supervised by a partner-in-charge having an in-depth knowledge and experience in the specific area, ably supported by a highly motivated and enthusiastic pool of rofessionals.
Besides having the expertise in diverse areas of professional practice, the firm prides itself in its ability to provide personalised services to its clients and approaches client problems in a totally integrated manner. The lead partner takes responsibility of close co-ordination with the client and, wherever necessary, draws upon the firm’s resource of other in-house experts. The firm consists of seventeen partners, six of whom have professional experience of more than 20 years. Two partners of the firm are Certified Information Systems Auditors and a Certified Internal Auditors. The partners are supported by a full repertoire of qualified staff consisting of Chartered Accountants and DISA’s (Diploma in Information Systems Audit).
The firm’s clientele includes top industry houses and banks in the country, foreign companies and their Indian subsidiaries, public and private enterprises in the manufacturing, trading and services sectors, leading law firms, and large non profit organisations.
The firm is the Indian member of International Network of Accountants and Auditors (INAA), an international network of medium-sized accountancy firms having its presence in all important international economic jurisdictions comprising of over 45 countries. With access to these worldwide resources, the firm is in a position to deliver cost-effective cross border consultancy and solutions to its clients.
The firm has an associate firm at Vadodara, which operates under the same name. Besides, the firm has informal relationships with Chartered Accountancy firms all over India, and continues to explore alliances in order to expand its rapidly growing practice into different geographical areas.
