Conventional

User Interface

Stylish and robust compact panel with simple 5-button keypad
control of all functions.

Power, fire and fault LED indicators together with integral piezo
buzzer for comprehensive on-board fire and fault indication.

Detection/Alarm Capacity

Up to 32 detectors can be fitted per zone.
End-of-line monitoring devices are supplied as standard
(active end-of-line modules:- EOLM-1).

Detector circuits are monitored for open circuit, short-circuit
as well as detector removal.

Two separate alarm lines are fitted on the 2 and 4 zone
panels with a maximum rated load of 300mA (2 zone) and
800mA (4 zone).

Four separate alarm lines are fitted on the 8-zone panel
with a maximum rated load of 500mA per line, to a maximum
load of 2A.

System Functionality

Supervisor mode facility - protected by 4-digit security code to
prevent unauthorised use, providing access to:-

Test mode facility, where a ‘one-shot’ test can be initiated by
the end user. When in operation, the end user has a short
period of time in which to activate a callpoint, after which
the system automatically resets and returns to normal mode.

Commissioning walk test feature which permits the system
to be easily tested after installation and prior to handover.

Disable facility, to disable the following for maintenance:-

Each detection zone independently
Alarm circuits
Fire/fault output

The 8-zone panel also has the following features:-

Non latching zone facility
Alarm line output delay (presets of between 30 seconds and 2 minutes can be set)
Any call point activation overrides
Fire and fault output relays
Battery high & low voltage alarm monitoring
Temperature compensation charger

Repeater Panel

For use with 8-zone conventional panel (FX2208CF).

Repeater matches the style and appearance of main
control panels.

Displays essential information at other key locations in a large
building/site:-

Zone fire and fault conditions
Test mode in operation
Zones or alarm lines in disabled mode

The FX2200CF range of conventional panels provide a simple yet
effective installer and end user conventional fire detection
