Conicity: 5 Deg 57', 4 Deg 20' & 3 Deg 30'
Surface finish types: Velvet finish and Embossed
 
The popular sizes in the present textile Industries are 9 Deg15', 5 Deg 57', 4 Deg 20', 3 Deg 30', etc. In all yarn winding application, tension at the traverse extreme pulls yarn towards the cone centre.
 
We provide suitable surface finish to the cones such as embossing and velvet finishing  which is as follows:  
 

Embossed surface	Used for coarse and lively yarns. This surface provides extra resistance to yarn slippage. However fine embossing surface is provided for medium count yarn and for the threads where take off could be restricted by the above bold embossing surface. This surface holds winding to full length, yet permits free delivery to knitting or sewing machine.
Velvet Finish surface	Ideal for fine cotton yarns and prevents damage to delicate filaments of synthetic fibres. Yarn will feed off smoothly without sloughing, hanging or breaking. Velvet surface can be provided according to the requirement.
Notches	Our Cones can be supplied with yarn tail holding notches such as ‘Y’,’U’ and ‘V’ notches.

 
 
A. 9 Deg 15' Cones - Regular, Plain or Plain Point Nose:
 
Mainly, this cone is used for hosiery yarns on the universal cone winders. The specifications, colour, tip, surface finish all are provided according to the standard requirement.
 
B. 5 Deg 57' Cones – Bull nosed and cut nose
 
These are used for winding single and multiple cotton thread, synthetic yarns, twines etc. In the latest auto coners such as Savio Italy, Schlaforst and Murata these cones are widely used. These cones will have either embossed or velvetted surface.
 
C. 4 Deg 20' Cones -  Bull nosed and cut nose. These cones are widely used in modern Autoconers and can be supplied in embossed or velvet finish surface.
 
YARN IDENTIFICATION PRINTING : We offer a wide choice of brilliantly printed design patterns and colors for yarn identification and our unique printing method ensures stain-proof colour tipping of cones.

Leveraging on our rich experience in our field, we manufacture an extensive range of paper cores, textile paper cones and paper tubes in various sizes and specifications. These have the attributes of good strength and durability.

A Conical Waxed Card Board cone is used for positioning (Holding down) bolts. Conical Bolt Box are Cheaper than Polystyrene Cones and these are environment friendly. A waxed Card Board Cone can be cut away according to the necessity.

We manufacture a wide range of corners protectors, edge protectors which are widely used for the edge protection of pallets, steel coils, flexible film rolls, paper reels, laminates, aluminium coils and other reeled goods. Following are some of the salient features of our range:

Our range of edge protectors, vertical protection frames, angleboard frames and corner protectors prevent damages to vulnerable edges and corners. It makes pallets highly rigid for better stacking during warehousing or transit. It is ideal for use with stretch wrap systems, giving tighter wraps with no carton collapse, and reduces the risk of film puncture at corners. 
 
We also manufacture ‘U’ profile edge protectors for protection of furniture panels,doors,door frames etc. Our flatboard is a 100% recyclable product designed to replace materials like MDF and hardboard. Flatboards can be used to protect bundles of printed books and magazines, between delicate surfaces of laminate products, separating aluminium profiles etc.,
