We have supplied couple of Acid storage tank at various sites in India. Very recently we have supplied 10,000 lit tank at one site at Athani in Karnataka. The tank is made from PPGL sheet and is reinforced with FRP from outside. They can also be made only from FRP using suitable resin. Light weight, sturdy, durable and easy to maintain are the attractive features of these tanks.

We are engaged in developing Acid storing tanks which are particularly designed to assure sanitation of the contents by maintaining a non-contaminated surrounding. These storage tanks come with an excellent finesse; moreover these are easy to maintain & clean. Despite of coming in contact with the chemicals these tanks possesses the required amount of strength to resist it from corrosion. This model by us has the ability to store 10,000 liter HCL. Our range of Storage Tanks can be supplied in different shapes and sizes as per the requirement of the customers.

We offer a spectrum of polypropylene tanks (PP Tanks) and fabrication that are manufactured from qualitative raw material and are used as a material of construction. They are resistant to broad range of chemicals and have excellent mechanical properties. Also, our range is available in form of polyglass sheet that are well known and easy to operate. PP has fiberglass impregnated on one side that can be reinforced with FRP over glass layer. Following are the features of the product:

We make all types of metal finishing tanks from small gold plating baths to very large pickling line. We have latest extrusion welding facility for thermoplastic welding of thick plastic sheets. The tanks can be made from PP/PVC sheets from 3 mm to 30 mm thickness. The tanks can also be made from MS and lined with PVC/PPGL or FRP. Suitable reinforcement is given in form of stiffener rings to avoid bulging. MS cage can be provided for larger tanks. The tank can have cascade water flow system. Provision for drain, overflow, heaters, thermometers, recycling, air agitation, cathode movements, dosing, sampling, sludge collection can also be made. Tapering bottoms can also be given for easier sludge collection. We can also supply covering hoods to long pickling lines.

Our precision engineers design a wide range of PVC lining and fabrication that have flexible chemical resistance properties. They are applicable as a material of construction for plating and chemical handling tanks. Following are the features of the product:

• They are rigid and can develop cracks on impacts.
  
• Available in various thicknesses 3 mm to 5 mm.
  
• PVC can be safely used up to 55 degrees Celsius only.
  

With the help of modern machines & tools we have developed fully functional Exhaust Systems and Hoods which finds its massive usage in diverse areas. The exhaust systems that we have designed are smooth in its function of providing apposite ventilation. The fumes are evenly drawn-out by the hoods positioned at the fumes generation point throughout the accurately configured duct & then it is allowed to pass into the atmosphere. For the probability of salvaging the fumes we effectively make use of the condensing chambers to condense it.

Effective suction of corrosive fumes depends mainly upon geometry and design of hood. The design of hood in turn depend on nature of fumes, area of fumes generation, movement of air around and space available for erecting system. Lip, canopy, push and pull hoods are some of the regularly used systems. Ducts are designed as per volumetric capacity of exhaust. We fabricate pipes and ducts from PP, PVC, FRP and MS.

 We are engaged in manufacturing of chromic acid fumes scrubber / gas scrubbers.
We have developed expertise in collecting and treating chromic acid fumes. The specially designed hoods kept above the plating tanks suck the fumes emanating from plating baths. The hoods can be designed to condense the fumes partly and condensed fumes return to plating bath. A condensing chamber is provided in the line to allow the fumes to settle and condense before feeding to scrubber. This condensed chromic acid is used again in the process. The fumes are then fed to packed bed scrubber and washed with water. Cleaned gas is left to atmosphere at suitable height through stack.The system is normally fabricated from rigid PVC and reinforced with FRP. The fumes like HCL, H2SO4, and HNO3 can also be treated and neutralized before leaving out. These systems are normally fabricated from PP/FRP.
