Job Summary:

The branch manager will be responsible for performance and development of all sales activities in the assigned market. He/ she will also develop the staff and direct a sales team, and prove leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. It will involve planning and strategizing to expand the customer base in the marketing area.


Job Profile:
Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Work effectively on close co-ordination with sales members and team leader assigned to fulfill the Monthly Sales Reach of the branch
  • Effectively allocate, monitor and support development of each order (sales lead) and units generated by sales team members and sales admin
  • Work pro-actively to motivate and uplift the reach of the branch’s monthly sales targets
  • Identify market potential, collecting the data concerned and developing a knowledge-focused & specialized team in sales to achieve
  • Work in line with business development plans of the company
  • Management of day-to-day business functions of the branch
  • Maintenance of the records, registers, files, transactions accounts pertaining to sales
  • Enable systematic co-ordination with other departments such as Business Development, Client Support and Office Administration
  • Work on continuous quality improvisation of business administration system and suggest progressive plans to the management for better quality of business administration
  • Management of business communication and data management

Desired Profile:
Qualification:
  • MBA/ Post Graduate (Only Male Candidates can apply)

Experience:
  • 4-7 years

Required Skills:
  • Should be of Pleasing Personality
  • Should have Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Similar industry candidate will be given preference
  • Mass Team Handling Experience
  • Able to build strong and credible relationships with conviction
