Job Summary:
This job involves understanding and serving customer's needs, ensuring that all customer-related activities are completed within the stipulated time frame.
Job Profile:
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Provide Customer Support to existing customers and increase their daily usage on IndiaMART's website
- Timely follow-up for renewals and payments
- Take feedback from the customers to provide them smoother services
- Prepare designated report on daily basis
- Retention of customers by offering effective support services
- Act as a consultant to the clients by suggesting and recommending suitable services & solutions to them
Desired Profile:
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream and/or MBA
Experience:
- 0-2 Years
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-orientation, good marketing skills and convincing power
- Possesses sound ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs
- Competency in MS Office especially Excel
- Female candidate will be preferred
