Executive – Customer Support

Manager – Internet Marketing

Job Summary:
This job involves understanding and serving customer's needs, ensuring that all customer-related activities are completed within the stipulated time frame.


Job Profile:
Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Provide Customer Support to existing customers and increase their daily usage on IndiaMART's website
  • Timely follow-up for renewals and payments
  • Take feedback from the customers to provide them smoother services
  • Prepare designated report on daily basis
  • Retention of customers by offering effective support services
  • Act as a consultant to the clients by suggesting and recommending suitable services & solutions to them

Desired Profile:
Qualification:
  • Graduate in any stream and/or MBA

Experience:
  • 0-2 Years

Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-orientation, good marketing skills and convincing power
  • Possesses sound ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs
  • Competency in MS Office especially Excel
  • Female candidate will be preferred
