Manager – Lead Generation
Job Summary:The candidate will be responsible for generating Business to Business leads through affiliation program & other channels in the MSME Segment (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) across the Globe through a team of 3-5 team members.
Job Profile:Key Responsibility Areas:
- Generate B2B leads through various modes like web, email marketing, outbound calls etc
- Lead generation via affiliates’ programs and Feet on Street
- Lead a team of 3-5 Executives and devise new ideas to enhance their productivity
- Manage Web Analytics of online lead generation platforms and improve online form conversions
- MBA (Any Stream)
- 2-5 Years with prior exposure to lead generation with at least 2 years experience of leading a team.
- Strong knowledge about Web Analytics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasing personality with excellent presentation skills and high conviction power
- Deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment and sense of job ownership
- Should be target oriented
