Job Summary:
The team leader will organize and lead a group of sales representatives. He/ she will plan, direct and control the sales force to reach the common objective assigned. Further, ensure addition of new clients on a regular basis by proactively building and leveraging relationships with them.

Key Responsibility Areas:
- This role is primarily responsible for new client acquisition and business development though the team of executives assigned
- Ensure that daily meeting targets of the team are met
- Ensuring that the Team Sales Targets are met
- Ensure 100% compliance of the Sales Process
- Development of new clients and/ or markets
Desired Profile:
Qualification:
- MBA/ Post Graduate (Only Male Candidates can apply)
Experience:
- 3-5yrs experience in sales with min 1+ years experience in handling a team
Required Skills:
- Should have a pleasing personality
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills
- Similar industry candidate will be given preference
- Team handling experience
- Able to build credible relationships with convincing ability
