Job Summary:

The team leader will organize and lead a group of sales representatives. He/ she will plan, direct and control the sales force to reach the common objective assigned. Further, ensure addition of new clients on a regular basis by proactively building and leveraging relationships with them.


Job Profile:
Key Responsibility Areas:
  • This role is primarily responsible for new client acquisition and business development though the team of executives assigned
  • Ensure that daily meeting targets of the team are met
  • Ensuring that the Team Sales Targets are met
  • Ensure 100% compliance of the Sales Process
  • Development of new clients and/ or markets

Desired Profile:
Qualification:
  • MBA/ Post Graduate (Only Male Candidates can apply)

Experience:
  • 3-5yrs experience in sales with min 1+ years experience in handling a team

Required Skills:
  • Should have a pleasing personality
  • Should have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Similar industry candidate will be given preference
  • Team handling experience
  • Able to build credible relationships with convincing ability
