Types of Warranty Offered

Extended Warranty
Extended Warranty is any extension of manufacturer's warranty provided at the point of sale of products. It is also known as service contract/ agreement, with the cover only commencing on completion of the original warranty. The extended warranty period may vary from 12 to 48 months.

Offers such as this apply to new goods only sold by the dealer or built into the product by the manufacturer.

Warranty Direct
This warranty offer is specifically tailor-made for the pre-owned cars segment. The warranty has three levels to choose from:-

The first being ‘Silver Cover’- the coverage is limited to mechanical breakdowns and its labour charges only.

The second being ‘Gold Cover’- this has more additions to its coverage of warranty most major parts and labour charges are included.

The third being ‘Diamond Cover’ - this is a comprehensive package and covers the engine, ignition, electrical system, steering, gearbox, suspension and more mechanical parts.
