• Feeder: The rear of the blank is fed by kick feeding in vacuumed condition and front is fed fractionally in vacuumed foundation. Center part of the machine controls the blank and that assures minimizing unnecessary friction in this part
• Flexo Printer: A pre-set button allows automatic adjusting of the distance between pining cylinder & press roll and the distance between upper & lower pull rolls to choose board thickness. A flex C-3 Ink Saving device turns the process of changing ink into a fat cost effective one
• Slotter Creaser: This machine comes with hard chrome plated precisely grounded four main shafts to ensure easy movement of creaser & slotting heads. First two shafts are provided with creaser and trimming heads and the other two shafts are provided with slotting and corner heads that can be easily moved according to the box size
• Rotary Die Cutter: This system has a lower urethane anvil drum and an upper die drum. Steel drum is wounded with polyurethane belts. Circumferential speed synchronizing and urethane anvil cover scraper assure unsurpassed precision of die cut
