These machines have following sections:

• Gluer Section: Glue cup of the upper glue roll is provided with a spring cushion, which can adjust the glue to accurate feeding. Before being delivered to the glue section, the paper boards can pass through the prepress roll. This will make the fold part flat and also prevents crown in center of paper board.
• Counter Ejector Section: Upper belt and spring of the counter ejector section ensure smooth delivery of the carton. An ejector with 90-degree valve is also provided to match the push shaft that delivers the carton out from the gate
• Squaring Section: For folding the cartons, we offer both high speed and low speed options. To stabilize carton in a pileup, the cartons are blown down by an air press after folding.
• Feeder Section: Our feeder section is designed to suit all sorts of flute type and bent paper board. There is a back paper lift with center line gauge to prevent any slant. Center gauge with adjustable right and left is also provided to match all kinds of special sizes

Our Fingerless Single Facer Machines come with two profiles to ensure high performance while corrugating paper and boards.
