Cosmic designers was established in the year 2002 by Ms. Harneet Kaur with the vision to bring India on a global map in the field of Printed Circuit Boards production. We are the manufacturer and supplier of PCB boards and circuit development. These PCB circuits are designed keeping in mind the quality and performance of the product. Made in conformity to the international standards. They are engineered by the team of experienced engineers and technicians who have the expertise in developing the products. They help us in offering products of high quality standards and reliability. It is our ability that help us in meeting the specific needs of the customers. Due to our competency we have been able to create a niche for ourselves in the Indian electrical circuit board industry. The printed circuit board such as single sided printed circuit board, double sided printed circuit board, flexible printed circuit board, etc, are manufactured in our in house unit using the international quality standard raw material. All the boards such as flexible printed circuit boards, single sided printed circuit boards, double sided printed circuit boards supplied by are competitively priced and are supplied in safe packing.

Our manufacturing unit is spread in wide carpet area 3000 sq.ft. Different high tech machines, tools and equipment necessary for the manufacturing of the printed circuit board, flexible printed circuit board, single sided printed circuit board and double sided printed circuit board are there in our unit. These machines help us in developing the standard size boards which are used for mechanically supporting and electrically connecting electronic components using the conductive pathways. The various machines used by us are:

All the products are made after going through the various stages of production like Patterning, Lamination, Drilling, Exposed conductor coating and plating, Solder resist, screen printing etc. Within next two years we have planned to increase our production capacity to 750 sq.mtr without compromising on the quality. For this we will be adding Automatic Machines which help us in production of ROHS compatible PCBs.

Since our inception, we have been delivering our products to the clients located in the different regions of the Indian sub continent. Due to our timely delivery of the consignment we have been able to repeatedly receive orders from our clients. The estimated lead time for dispatch of product depends on Quantity ordered by the clients. We take 50 percent advance from the client at the time of placing the orders and rest after the delivery of the products. We have a modern packaging unit where the products are manually packed by our team of skilled and efficient workers. They ensure that the printed circuit board, flexible printed circuit board, etc, are packed in high quality durable packing. For this they specially use anti static bag or aluminum foil before wrapping the final PCB in a bubble wrapper. It is ensured that the safely reach the clients. They are carefully loaded on the vehicles and supplied with our network of distributors, who have the complete knowledge and take the maximum care of handling the sensitive products. They are delivered on time to any destination in India.

We use superior quality raw material which is in accordance with the standards of various International institutions like ILM, CCL, DS, KB etc. Our well experienced quality experts closely monitor the development of the products. The quality of the products is checked at each and every stage of production. These checks are conducted using premium quality instruments and it is seen that the quality is not compromised at any stage of production. Our team of mechanical engineers on regular basis conduct maintenance checks and service them to ensure efficient and flawless production.

For the benefit of the various personnel, we on regular basis conduct skill development training programs. We also from time to time abreast them about the latest technological advancements and growing requirements of the electrical industry. We also provide training in the field of PCB designing.

Designing facility

We have in house designing unit which has various appropriate facilities required for fabricating the printed circuit boards. All the PCBs are first designed and developed by our team of professionals using the latest CAD/CAM facilities for CNC drilling. On designing and after the approval of our technical head we send to our manufacturing unit.

We offer different types of printed circuit boards known for their accuracy and efficiency. The circuit boards such as flexible printed circuit boards, etc, are manufactured using different technologically advanced machines and have special conformal coat which helps them to be resistant to corrosion and leakage. They are precision engineered, high density and reliability are some of the features of the printed board circuits manufactured by us. Utmost care is taken to design these product using the right raw material and manufacturing facility. The raw material is procured from reliable vendors in located in Mohali and from Delhi.
