Established in the year 1999, we “Yatinder Plastics,” are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of plastic items and mobile tower equipment. Our range include containers, mirror frames, hair brushes,Mobile Tower Equipment and Hand wash solution.


We are led by our mentor “Mr. Yatinder Sharma,” who assist us in designing and developing the range as per the client's requirement. To support him, we also have a team of skilled engineers, industrial designers and others who helps us to design the range as per the specific requirement of our clients.


Today, our consistency in delivering qualitative range has helped us serve many clients all across the globe. Further, our well equipped manufacturing unit also helps us in production of 4 lakhs units.

We have with us services of a team of industrial designers, engineers, technicians, quality checking experts and other supporting staff who assist us in designing and developing our range as per the exact requirement of our customers. All of them are well versed with latest technology and works in coordination with each other to meet the business goals of our organization.

Further, we regularly conduct training sections for our team to make them aware of the changing demands of the market. This also assist them to add new features to the existing range to enhance functionality.

We have our spacious warehousing facility, which helps us in storing the raw materials as well as the finished products. In addition, we also have a packaging unit to pack the range using qualitative material like wooden crates and others. This protects the range during the transit period from any kind of damage.

In addition, our quality checking unit also assist us in procuring and usage of high grade raw materials in our fabrication process. We have with us a well equipped manufacturing unit, spreads over an area of 300 mtrs (3 floor), which assist us in our production process. For this, we have latest technology and modern machines, tools & equipment. All these facilities helps us in production of flawless range and as per the client's specific requirement.

The process that we follow for manufacturing the mobile tower equipment are as follows :

Prototyping :

Using computer modeling, the physical stresses like head loads, wind speeds, guy stress and bending moments are applied to a virtual model to develop a design of our range. It helps to predict future performance of the new design at client's end. This also allows us to know about the material requirement for manufacturing the range. Then with the help of our team, we select and engineer the best alloys and developed it into the required design. This design is send to the client's for approval.

Engineering :

For engineering the design, we use latest technology like virtual design software. It helps to seamlessly integrate new designs with pre-existing products to ensure maximum overall performance. Further, this also reduce the designing time and cost.
