Our Products
Cotmac Electronics manufactures, installs and commissions control panels for a wide variety of industrial applications. Our state-of-the-art, 10,000 sq ft manufacturing facility has won TUV AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 QMS certification. Trained technicians assemble, wire and test systems to ensure they meet international standards. The final product comes to you well in time with fully detailed layouts, schematics and all other documentation.
We provide both standard and custom-designed panels, for indoor and outdoor applications, in mild and stainless steel. With a rich industrial experience and a team of competent technocrats, we provide complete industrial automation solutions.

1. Automation Solutions
We conceptualize, design, execute and commission integrated solutions for process automation, factory automation and monitoring. We start by assessing the user's requirements, then construct a functional design and execute the engineering. Simultaneously, we develop the necessary software (including specialized packages for functions like report generation and web-based plant monitoring), and build the control panels necessary for the project. Every module is tested; the system as a whole is tested; then we test to see how the existing factory or plant accepts our solution. If all's well we move on to installing and commissioning. A final check, then we hand over the completed project to the client.

Of course, the relationship doesn't end there. We go on to train our customer's personnel, and are only a phone call away for maintenance and support. We know that if we put in our best for our clients, a long and mutually profitable relationship will grow automatically.

2. Engineering Services
Cotmac Electronics is a solution provider for every stage of control automation, instrumentation, and other engineering requirements. We are conversant with all the leading makes of programmable logic controllers, distributed control systems, drives, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software, instruments and man-machine interfaces. We use advanced tools like ePlan, AutoCAD and 3D modeling to render our designs with exactitude.

What's more important is that we take time to focus on our customers' requirements, analyze their processes, and come up, on schedule, with a solution that's an exact fit. We select the hardware, develop the software, integrate the automation system with the existing factory or plant, test and commission our solutions, and train customer personnel to run them without a hitch. After that we continue to provide support and maintenance.

3. Machine Retrofits
What do you do with machines built before the computer age? Send them to Cotmac Electronics we can integrate them into the most modern of automated systems. Our Machine Retrofits Division refurbishes reconditions the electrical, electronic and mechanical components of old machines, fits them with the latest controllers and upgrades and improves their productivity and accuracy. Retrofitted machines can match the performance of new machinery at a friction of the cost.

We specialize in retrofitting transfer lines, special purpose machines and machine tools such as lathes, grinding machines, turning centres, machining centres, and machines for gear cutting and gear grinding. Mechanical components are upgraded at our state-of-the-art facilities in Pune. Electrical and electronic components can be upgraded on site.
