E’tows help us in warehouse and on shop floors .E-tows is a computer controlled floor chain conveyor system. By bringing in multiple destination tables, controlled by PLC & Computers we are able to optimise the logistic flow continuously.
The Product information and carrier code are transmitted to the proprietary E’tis^® server, A custom made table converts the product information into a destination code, Destination code and Carrier code are transmitted to the controller, Once the carrier has reached its destination, this information is again transmitted to the computer so that this carrier is logged out of the destination table, Additionally, weighing and volume measurement information is transmitted to the host system for further use by the customer, In some cases, product information, carrier code and destination tables can be transmitted to the E’tis^® server by the host system, Alternatively, the E’tis^® server can transmit product information and carrier code to the host system.
