In our manufacturing process, we use qualitative raw materials like cotton, polyester and new variety of fabrics, yarn dyeing and reactive printing etc. Our manufacturing facility consist of machineries and advance technology which includes hand knitting to finishing and garmenting. We have cutting machine like fabric cutter, stitching machinery such as velour, embroidered velour, stripe velour, drop needle velour, terry, drop needle terry etc. In our garments, we use drop needle interlock, which ranges from 200 to 260 Gms. We also use single jersey, jacquard, double jersey, yarn dyed stripes, pique, fleece, Yinterlock, double interlock, 1x1 Rib ranging from 160 to 200Gms/Sq.m, 2x2 Rib ranging from 260 to 340Gms/Sq.m and derby rib ranging from 200 to 260Gms/Sq.m. According to the requirement, we use waffle, bubble herringbone, ottoman fabrics, peroxide bleached, mercerized, double mercerized etc.

We have quality checking unit to check the raw materials and the finish products. Further, our quality analyst checks each and every stage of production process. Our grey fabrics, dye, prints are tested under strict quality control to ensure AZO free and to produce eco friendly products. Our products undergoes metal detection process prior to the final dispatch of the products. We follow some tests such as GSM (Grams per square meter), which should be +5% / -2.5%, bleaching test, dyeing reactive test, printing test, dimensional stability test, color fastness test and measurement tolerance test etc. When our products passes all these tests, then only final dispatch of the products are done.
