Quality Policy / Processes

At CRAFTOS India, we follow the TQM (Total Quality Management) system. This means that there are stringent quality checks as per well defined parameters for maintaining a high Quality checks at all stages of Production.

From the stage of selection of Raw materials to the choice of individual Weaver or Craftsman who has to be used for specific design to the last stage of Finishing and Packing, there are constant checks by technically trained staff.

CRAFTOS India enjoys a zero claim status with all the overseas Customers as a record and history but would be too happy to claim responsibility, should a defect be found in our Products and which may have passed inadvertently, a rare chance.
