Making the best utilization of all available resources and production capabilities, we manufacture more than 4000 to 5000 pieces of plush toys every day in variety of designs & patterns. Along with in-house facilities, experienced teams and adoption of modern technology, we have a reliable network of suppliers who support us in meeting our production targets. Our year long association with suppliers & vendors is converted into efficient and faster processing of client's order. And has enabled us in exceeding our Annual Turnover target of rupees 4 to 5 crores rupees, in this financial year.

Warehousing & packaging are two very important factors for us along with product development, because this retains factory condition of the products till end-user receives it. To ensure we do not fail on these activities we have a well-laid warehouse & a modern packaging unit.

Once the products are dispatched from production unit after quality approval, they are stored in the warehouse that is capacious enough to store each lot of ready to dispatch product in appropriate conditions. Besides safe storage we also lay emphasis on full-proof packaging and assure that our range of plush toys are not damaged during transit or storage. We also ensure attractive packaging thus leading to value addition at business buyer's end.

We have quality assessment procedures implemented at every stage of product development. From pre-production to final packing, our quality controllers monitor each process closely and ensure compliance to defined standards. Moreover, the shipping operator books the shipping requirements based on inspection certificate. Our stage wise quality monitoring process involves:

1. Checking of materials before dispatch (at vendors premise) and before use (at our premise)
