A jacket made from 100% High Tenacity Synthetic Yarn for excellent protection against mildew and rot and over and above coated with a specially compounded elastomer to give a high degree of protection against oil and grease, certain chemical agents and heat. This elastomeric coating provides excellent abrasion resistance so that the hose can withstand a high degree of wear and tear.

The jacket is made from 100% synthetic yarn, which imparts extremely low weight and high burst pressure. This jacket is coated with a special elastomeric compound to give the added advantages of being unaffected Oils and grease, certain Chemicals as well as Mildew and Heat. RRL Technology ensures in extreme circumstances when the outer jacket is severely damaged, the inner reinforcement can continue delivering water at operational pressures, thereby averting an emergency situation.

A hose with a unique construction to ensure continuous oozing of water all around the jacket in a controlled manner whilst the build up pressure inside the hose is not lost. FLEXILINE' HOSES are made from an all synthetic jacket, totally encapsulated in a Synthetic Rubber blend to form a high quality, unified lining and cover, resulting in a compact unity by pillar adhesion, The cover is a specially formulated elastomer, totally resistant against grease, oils, acids, ozone, alkalies, heat and fungus.
The cover of FLEXILINE HOSE is lightweight, completely flexible and designed to facilitate a good grip. bearing ISI Mark under IS : 636 Type 'B'.
