This machine is used to pack capsules, tablets or similar products. The basic operation offer wide variety of product and high quality strip sealing. Some of the major works which this machine does is automatic feeding sealing, slitting and cutting. The exterior of the machine is made of stainless steel. When packing operation is complete, the product shall be absolutely sealed and beautifully packed. It is easy to operate and the mold or the dye can be changed with 40 minutes. We make high quality blister Pack Machines. The Blister Machine has the following components – Vibrator, Finger Device, Sealing Roller, Slitting, Drag Roller and the Cutter. A Machine body is made from rigid iron angle and covered by S.S. sheet with dually painted. The main crushing S.S. 304 Rod is supported by C.I. Lever with high arrangement to easy cleaning of S.S. 304 bowl. The main S.S. 304 bowl is moulded in one piece with thick border to provide better strength . The main S.S. 304 bowl is driven by heavy gear box with thrust bearing arrangement for smooth and easy running of main bowl.
