Pressure Die Castings
We offer high quality Pressure Die Castings used widely by Engineering & Automobile Industry, Home appliances Industry Textile Industry, Material Handling Industry, Permanent Mould Tool Processing Industry, Electrical Industry, Industry Audio & Plant Communication. These Die Castings are specially designed to facilitate the manufacture of products with reduced metal content. Thus, the products are light in weight and effective in cost. We offer Pressure Die Castings made of Aluminium and Zinc. Our machines are capable of proving Components, maximum of 650gms weight to manufacture superior quality Pressure Die Castings.
Sturdy and durable, these Pressure Die Castings are finally vibro polished, shot peaned to remove burrs and to offer a smooth finish.

CNC Turned Components
We manufacture superior quality CNC Turned Components used widely for the manufacturer of automobile gears and Spline components, Aluminium die casting components like piston for actuator assembly and fuel filter body. We achieve 0.2 Ra surface finish in seal area of pistons by using sophisticated tooling technology. We are also specialised in Hard turning Process.
These CNC Turned Components are highly durable and offer a maintenance free service.

Our range of products starts from 0.5 module to the maximum of 6. We achieve DIN 9 class accuracy in Gears.
