These flexible spouts caps(63mm) with crimping facility are easy to use and also offers protection against any tempering. These closures are suitable for both plastic and metal containers. They have the following features:
- Low profile for stacking of containers
- Funnel integrated
- Pullout diaphragm
- Tripple seal for temper evidence
We are also supplying anti gurgling spout caps (63mm ) for better & smooth flow through venting.

Press Fit Spout Caps
These flexible press fit spout caps (42mm) are easy to use and also offer reliable protection against any duplication. These closures are suitable for metal containers and are available in a variety of types for different application. The wide range of plastic spout caps for bottles we supply to clients have got high demand in market due to their superior quality and longer life. These spout bottle caps are made of high grade plastic and are tested for their leakage and various other parameters at the manufacturers end.

Crimp On Spouts
These spouts are designed for 42mm opening. This spout design comes with the facility of crimping of plastic spout with metal & plastic cans. It has all the features of standard spout and is economical due to its compact size. This spout is a new concept for edible oil tinplate containers. It has features like:
- Temper evidence
- Pouring facility
- Funnel integrated etc.
The biggest advantage of this spout is that after the consumer uses the oil completely the tin container can be reused by fixing conventional newman caps resulting in enhanced resale value of empty tin containers.

Plastic Closures
Our range of CSD plastic closures are having slitted drop band and are linerless with excellent CO2 retention. These are made using high grades of plastics. A plastic closures is a common type closure for bottles, jars, and tubes. It use as an alternative wine closure is gaining increasing support as an alternative to cork for sealing wine bottles. A plastic cap is a plastic cap that screws onto threads on the neck of a bottle.

Mineral Water Closures
We are having 28mm pco closure with double seal and cold filling conditions. For cost effective option we are supplying three start closure for packaged drinking water. Our 55mm bubble top closure is used for 20 ltr. PET mineral water jar manufacturers. These are available in various colours as per requirement of customers.

Plastic Caps
These are 3 piece push pull type caps for mineral water and aseptic filling. These are suitable for 28mm pco neck and having drop band for temper evidency. Plastic Bottle caps, or Closures, are used to seal the openings of bottles of many types. They can be small circular pieces of metal with plastic backings, and for plastic bottles a plastic cap is used instead. A bottle cap is typically colorfully decorated with the logo of the brand of beverage. Caps can also be plastic, sometimes with a pour spout. We are offering pet preforms in 25mm & 28mm neck for bottles and 38mm to 120mm neck sizes for jars. These are made from FDA approval material with state of art technology and meeting international standards. Our preforms are used for mineral water, edible oil, carbonated drink, chemicals, pesticides, confectionary, cosmetics etc.
Spout for standup pouch:
These spouts are available in 5mm, 10mm opening sizes. These are mainly use to pack liquids such as juices, lube oil, edible oil, hair oil, water, cold drink, sauces, wine etc. They are made of food grade raw materials. Our spouts are leak proof and smell proof.

Plastic Handles
These handles are suitable for 5 ltr. to 20 ltr.metal/tin cans.These will give comfort for lifting tins while transporting or at the time of using. These will give asthetic look to tins with same colour of spout caps for any edible oil or ghee packing. These can be spot welded on tin tops and become integral part of it. athey are also available in various colours.

Manual Crimping Tools
This manual crimping tool is used for 63mm crimp on spout and 42mm crimp on spouts. It crimps the spout and seals it on the pail in one stroke. The tool is designed to operate with minimum effort to seal the spout. This is completely hardened and tempered for long lasting durability performance, tall handle design is suitable for easy crimping.

Pneumatic Crimping Tool
This pneumatic crimping tool operates with air pressure and can be suspended by counter balance (spring or handle) to seal the crimping type spouts on the cans/ pails/ drums. It facilitates fast and easy crimping. this is very light weight and good for suspension. It can be attached with compressor line for air operation. As the tool is rested on spout it automatically crimps the spout on the can/pail mouth and is suitable for automatic filling lines.
