Shipping & Delivery
All items that are in stock will be shipped within five to ten days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer in stock, due to a previous sale, the customer will be notified as soon as possible by email, however we take every precaution to ensure that this does not happen. In case of shortages in stock we will arrange that the product will be sent as soon as possible. If you require shipment to an alternate address for a gift or other reason, please contact us before the product is shipped so that we can help accordingly.
We will send a pre- invoice for shipping and product costs based on an estimate depending on the weight and value of the parcel. Shipping and insurance costs will be applicable. After your approval we will then allow shipment of the product. Any applicable import fees and handling charges are the customers sole responsibility.
Shipping Charges
Please note that we use two modes of shipping:
Indian Post parcel services that delivers fully insured parcel at the customers doorstep with 7 to 10 days (1kg between 40-45$ US; 2kg between 45-50$ US; 3kg between 55-60$ US). This was a rough estimate; the exact shipping charges of the parcel could be ascertained only at the event of final packaging.
For fast delivery of the parcel with 5 to 7 days we use the services of UPS, which is more costly. The parcel is fully insured & is delivered at the doorstep of the customer.

We will pay shipping and insurance charges for those parcels whose value is more than 1500 (US $) and the weight is under 2 kilograms (Only For United Kingdom & United States of America). And we will ship free shipping parcel via India Speed Post Services (EMS). For parcels having weight of 2 kilograms or more, shipping and insurance will be paid by the buyer.
Any delays on the side of shipping companies or logistic service providers will not be in the responsibility arena of our company.
Return Policy If the goods fall short of your expectations, you may return them for refund or credit within 7 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones, and the finish of the stones is unscratched and unmarred. Call before returning the item to obtain a return authorization number, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. Shipping charges, taxes and other expenses are not refundable on returns.
Please include your original shipping document found in the box. All returns must include this document.
While returning the goods, the parcel must be fully secured & insured, & the shipping charges must be paid by your side in full.
