Hot Air Oven

We manufacture Hot Air Oven with standard double wall in different capacities. The inner side of the wall is manufactured using stainless steel and outer side is mild steel powder coated. These ovens are offered with two or three shelves and air circulation fan with proper ventilation, located on both sides and one on top. These are also provided with the heating elements on three sides to attain quick and uniform heating in range of 50° C to 300° C. Our drying ovens have a wide Industrial usage and are fitted with digital controller or with microprocessor PID controllers.

Universal Automatic Compactor

The Universal Automatic Compactors offered by us are used for penetration test on soils. These are offered for both standard and heavy compaction tests. The worker, who is operating the compactor, has to count the number of blows of the rammer on each layer of soil during compaction. These can be operated mechanically and electrically, and therefore, devised to eliminate tedious hand compaction process. With the rammers provided with two stroke lengths, these compactor save lot of time. Our compactors can be used for normal compaction and heavy compaction as well as CBR compaction.

CBR Apparatus

The CBR Apparatus applies C.B.R. method for finding the relative bearing ration and expansion characteristics of soil of base, sub base and sub grade. These apparatus are widely used during the design of roads, pavements and runways. These apparatus can be used to test all types of soils including sand, gravel and crushed stone. Further, the C.B.R. test is applied widely to select the material and control sub-grades. Further, rapid platen adjustment switch is also provided for forward and reverse on CBR Test. Equipped with geared speed drive control and simple selector switch for 3 speeds, these are manufactures as per BS or ASTM Standards.

Los Angeles Abrasion Testing Machine

Marshall Stability Testing Machine

The Marshall Stability Testing Machine offered by us was originally developed by Bruce Marshall (a highway engineer in U.S.A.), later on standardized by ASTM. These machines are generally applicable to hot mix designs using bitumen and aggregates up to a maximum size of 25mm. The method of resistance to plastic deformation of cylindrical specimen of bitumenous mixture is measured through our machines, when the same is loaded at periphery at 5 cm per min. Further, this test method is used in designing and evaluating bituminous paving mixes.

Lypholizer or Freeze Dryer

The Lypholizer or Freeze Dryers offered by us are available in 3 liter or 5 liter capacities. These dryer are housed in a super structure steel frame with removable side panels, which is mounted on swivel casters. Further, these are equipped with copper coil (Bounded outside), perspex transparent lid, gasket and control instruments. These instruments include digital solid state temperature indicator for measurement of temperature and electronic vacuum indicator. Our Freeze Dryers are manufactured out of hermetically sealed compressor and with 100 liters/min direct motor drive (rotary vane type vacuum pump) of double stage. These are equipped with air ballast having ultimate vacuum of 1 x 10 torr on pump head.
