Water Softener Plants

Hard water leads to body reactions as well as can spoil the storage tanks and vessels. It needs to be refined and filtered properly and to cater to this requirement of our clients; we have introduced a highly functional range of Water Softener Plants. These plants comprise a (SS316, Mild Steel Rubber Lined or Unlined or Epoxy or FRP Lined, FRP, LLDPE Vessel filed with a bed of softening media, which is supported on a bed of Caution resin. There is a vessel which is provided with frontal piping. Top Mounting and valves are fitted to control the operation of the unit.

Softeners are chemicals that work over Ion Exchange process. Our range of water softener plants is compact, self-containing system, which comprises one mild steel or FRP pressure vessel, frontal piping with Strong Acid Caution exchange resins in sodium form. The resins that we use eliminate the dissolved ions like calcium & magnesium from water producing high quality soft water.

DM Plant:

We also offer DM Plant, which consists of a SS316, Mild Steel Rubber Lined, FRP, and Vessel Filed with a bed of dm media supported on a bed of Cation resin & anion resin. This vessel is offered with frontal piping and the Top Mounting and valves to control the operation of the unit. Demineralization of water done by Ion Exchange Technology is one of the most conventional, preferred and widely used water purification methods in industrial sectors.

These plants are used to Dematerialize (Reduce the Total Conductivity) in the water making it fit for use in Process industries and various other applications.
