Industrial Greases

IT-4304 is synthetic base grease with low inner friction for the lubrication of electrical contacts. The grease is also ideal for use of the heavily loaded plain bearings with metal-to-plastic or metal-to-elastomeric-contact. It protects from corrosion and reduces friction and wear on mechanisms operating under normal to higher load and /or speed.

 

It also improves the sliding ability of plastics, elastomers and above all of non-ferrous metals. The grease is designed to prolong the lifetime of static and dynamic rubber seals. Typically used as a conducting media in the seam welding machines, the lubricant improves sliding ability and operational reliability of metal-to-plastic or metal-to-elastomeric-contacts.

 

Other applications of the grease are its use as an assembly aid for O-rings, labyrinth seals, sleeves and other seals from rubber material such as used in hydraulic brake systems in motor vehicles, as well as contact lubricant for switches such as used in electrical equipment. The lubricant has good oxidation stability and ageing resistance. It is stable to temperature and has a high load carrying capability.

Based on PAO & a lithium soap thickened lubricant containing solid lubricants, the grease is designed for use on plastic, plastic-metal components. 

 

It offers a wide service temperature range & has low friction co-efficient and a low noise performance. Typical applications include its use on the pneumatic cylinder seals, as lubricant for automotive switches etc.

IT-4108 is premium High vacuum silicone valve & packing grease formulated with high quality silicone oils and thickeners. Extremely adherent, this grease is resistant to water and provides excellent sealing properties. The grease is designed for lubrication of ground connections parts of industrial vacuum plants, laboratory equipment, shutoff valves and taps etc.

 

It is resistant to heat with no carbonizing & melting. Its vapor pressure remains negligible up to 200 oC & maintains its consistency between -40 ^oC and + 200 ^oC. The product exhibits chemical inertness with no corrosive effect on metals & is neutral to most elastomers & rubbers with plasticizing effect on rubber and plastics. It is also resistant to solvents.

 

The grease is non-toxic, neutral to plastics, rubbers, and ‘0’ rings.  The consistency does not change much over a wide range of temperatures.  The grease is resistant to many chemicals including acetone, glycerin, ethylene-glycol, ethanol and methanol etc.

IT-4315 is a high speed, low temperature grease is made from synthetic oils with low dynamic viscosity and high stability at high shear speeds. It provides a wide temperature resistance also protects against water. This grease contains anti-oxidant and anti-wear additives, together with corrosion inhibitors. The properties of

 

IT-4315 make it a high-performance, long-lasting grease for lubrication of ball, roller or smooth bearings exposed to low temperatures or very high speeds, while presenting low torque resistance (electric motors, machine tool spindles, gearboxes, mechanical elements for aeronautical, space or precision applications).

 

It is especially recommended in the presence of risks involving the inclusion of water or cutting liquids, or the presence of condensation.

IT-4303 is synthetic base high speed grease designed for the roller bearings operating at high speeds.

It is suitable for both horizontally and vertically mounted textile bearings. The lubricant exhibits low internal friction & resists oil separation at high speeds. It does not get thrown off at high speeds.  

IT-4311 is high temperature grease designed for use of high temperature bearings and sliding parts exposed to high temperature and heavy loads at slow and moderate speeds.

 

The grease has a service temperature range of - 30 up to + 200 °C and is used for lubrication of trolley bearings, conveyor bearings; calendar rolls bearings, induced draft fans or drier bearings etc.

 

It exhibits and excellent resistance to heat & shows a good mechanical, oxidation stability. It maintains a constant consistency over its operating temperature range and resists water washout.

High temperature anti-wear grease is primarily designed for long-term lubrication of the bearings exposed to high temperature and load.

 

The grease combines the unique features of synthetic base fluids with those of an organo-clay, non-soap thickener and molybdenum disulphide. Synthetic ester base oil provides an excellent resistance to thermal/oxidative degradation and this coupled with the excellent high temperature structural stability and high dropping point of the clay thickener, the grease delivers an outstanding high temperature performance.

 

The lubricant exhibits the service temperature range of -30 ºC to 220 ºC and is traditionally used for lubrication of high temperature blower fan bearings, conveyor bearings, calendar rolls bearings, induced draft fans or drier bearings etc.

IT-4316 is high temperature grease designed for use of high temperature bearings and sliding parts exposed to high temperature and heavy loads at moderate speeds. It is used for lubrication of all kinds of rolling and plain bearings working under heavy loads.

 

Some examples of application are: tar mixing plants, foundry ladles, hot air ventilators, shaking screens, sintering plants etc. The grease, with the service temperature range of - 25 up to + 160°C is adhesive and offers emergency running characteristics protecting the bearings against wear.

 

It is suitable for central lubricating systems.

IT-4310 is high temperature grease designed for use of high temperature bearings and sliding parts exposed to high temperature, heavy loads at slow and moderate speeds or corrosive influences like in continuous casting plants, forging plants or drying kilns etc.

 

The grease is used for lubrication of trolley bearings, conveyor bearings, calendar rolls bearings, induced draft fans or drier bearings etc. Designed to perform in the service temperature range of - 20 up to + 180 °C, it exhibits a good mechanical & oxidation stability.

 

It possesses a good water resistance & provides excellent corrosion protection. It is adhesive and maintains constant consistency over its entire operating temperature range.

IT-3105 is a high quality multipurpose lithium soap E.P Grease containing solid lubricants, MoS2 and other highly efficient extreme pressure additives. Designed for long-term lubrication, it is well suited for plain and anti-friction bearings as well as other grease-lubricated machine elements.

 

The additive used in the grease provides good corrosion protection and water wash out properties. Under load, and when boundary lubricating conditions prevail, film containing MoS2 is deposited from the grease to the sliding surfaces making available emergency lubrication. Special ant-wear additives prevent metal-to-metal contact at high loads reducing the coefficient of friction and minimizing wear. It markedly improves running-in conditions. Some examples of application are its use for plain bearings and guides, joints and splined shafts, threaded spindles and small gear units at low speeds or bearings subject to severe impact loads or exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions. It is also used for lubrication of clutch bearings, fan bearings, electric motors bearings. These are recommended for the use in generator bearings, universal joints bearing, journal bearings, heavy loaded bearings in the shovel and similar other applications in the earth moving equipment.IT-3105 is available is 1 Kg, 5 Kgs & 25 Kgs containers in various consistencies.

IT-4109 is premium quality to be used under a wide range of temperature conditions for light-load applications where there is metal-to-metal or metal-to-plastic friction at low to high speeds and at low temperatures. The grease is designed for use on valves operating at very low temperatures, in roller and conveyer equipment, control cables, Bowden cables, electric motors, photographic equipment, optical equipment, measurement equipment etc.

 

It is also used for lubrication between rubber and metal parts in pneumatic systems, for lubrication of ‘O’ rings.& other general industrial applications. The lubricant has a wide temperature range, a high chemical inertness & no corrosive effect on metals.

 

It is neutral to most elastomers & rubbers; no plasticizing effect on rubber and plastics. Resistant to solvents, it also provides a good corrosion protection.

A mineral oil based extreme pressure multi-use grease for lubrication of the ball and rolling bearings, machine components lubricated with central lubrication system, enclosed gearboxes etc. Using select additives which impart exceptional load carrying abilities, the grease is formulated to resist high shock loads and has high lubricating properties which results in extended cycling times and cost reduction.

 

It helps minimize friction and wear on mechanisms operating under operating conditions such as high loads, temperature etc. It has the capability to prolong re-lubrication intervals and minimize wear in many industrial applications. IT-3103 is resistant to mechanical stress and therefore beneficial to machine parts subjected to vibrations & loads. Excellent oxidation stability makes this lubricant an ideal long-term lubricant. It displays good sealing properties and protects mechanisms from dust, humidity or contamination. The grease is also good for thermally stressed roller bearings.

 

IT-3103 is available in various consistencies.

IT-4111 is heavy duty adhesive grease designed for open gears, wire-ropes, plain bearings, guide ways, guide tracks, & chains etc. The grease provides excellent corrosion protection and absorbs vibrations.

 

Designed for open girth gear drives, wire-ropes & highly loaded, slow moving plain bearings, guide-ways, guide-tracks chains etc., the lubricant - equipped with special EP additives and a selection of solid lubricants, the lubricant offers and excellent wear protection & gear teeth pitting.

 

It withstands high loads at high circumferential speeds. It is adhesive & does not fling off at high circumferential speeds.

Silicone valve & packing grease formulated with high quality silicone oils and thickeners. It is adherent and provides excellent sealing properties. The grease is designed for use in valvesin hot and cold water lines, for valves in the chemical industry for lubrication of the pneumatic cylinders & as a lubricant for plastic and rubber components.

IT-4112 grease is a synthetic oil-based, Lithium hydroxystearate soap thickened with PTFE. Tenacious & adhesive grease by design, the lubricant has good compatibility with plastics and offers a wide service temperature range.

The grease has low friction co-efficient and low noise performance and a service temperature range of - 60 to + 120°C. The lubricant is designed for use for plastic-plastic or plastic-steel components, for lubrication of pneumatic cylinder seals & ‘O’ rings.

It is also used for enclosed gear-boxes &actuators or as a lubricant for automotive switches.

IT-4305 is a mineral oil based extreme pressure multi-use grease for lubrication of the ball and rolling bearings, hinges etc. Using select additives which impart exceptional load carrying abilities, the grease is formulated to resist high shock loads and has high lubricating properties which results in extended cycling times and cost reduction.

It exhibits excellent adherence to the metal surface, a good pumpability & lubricity and resists water. The lubricant provides excellent rust and oxidation properties. Proven extreme pressure additives ensures maximum protection against shock loads with reduced metal to metal contact and hence minimal wear on moving parts which results in reduction of maintenance costs.

Ideal for heavy-duty applications, the lubricant – also designed for easy dispensing will not melt, freeze, wash off, or break down under high speeds, extreme heat or heavy loads. It provides a clean, white low odor grease in a easy to dispense form which is enhanced with Teflon® fluoropolymer for better water resistance, maximum lubricity, higher temperature stability & better boundary lubrication protection.

 

It performs in a wide temperature range of -17°C to 204°C. The lubricant provides a long lasting protection in a broad range of applications & conditions reducing friction in metal to metal & metal to plastic applications. Common application of the product are its use on open lube points and high load applications including gears and shafts, heavy duty chains, cables, machinery, conveyors, lifting mechanisms, overhead garage doors, axles, bearings, pivots, linkages, cables, fan motors, slides, couplings, automotive hinges, brake parts, latches, springs, coils, pulleys, bolt threads, plumbing fixtures, etc.

IT-4306 is an outstanding heat stable, long life, synthetic non-melting greases which exhibits superior high temperature stability. Traditional applications include it use on conveyors, ovens, electric motors & other high temperature processing equipment. Made from the most thermally stable synthetic oil.

 

IT-4306 out-performs in areas where other synthetic greases fail. The lubricant has an excellent thermal stability & provides longest life with a useful temperature range of -40° to 235 °C +. It exhibits outstanding oxidation stability, no deposits & very low evaporation rate.

 

The grease will not form coke, sludge, or varnish within its useful temperature range. It has a low bleed rate for durability & is non-melting dropping point over 260 °C.
