Cleaner and Degreasers

A high-purity, di-electric, non-chlorinated, odor-less solvent designed for cleaning of electrical & electronic equipment like motors, it exhibits an efficient residue-free cleaning.

 

The cleaner is safe to use for all metals, plastics, varnishes, rubbers etc. Cleaning is done by dip tank, wipe-off or with forced air. It is a slow drying cleaning solvent that cuts into the grease & grime effectively & exhibits enhanced penetration.

IT-5003 concentrated solution is a biodegradable, phosphate and caustic free cleaner formulated for heavy-duty industrial use. It has superior wetting capabilities and free rinsing properties of IT-5003 solution combine to provide an exceptional cleaner for removing difficult soils and contaminants.

 

IT-5003 solution readily removes grease, oils, waxes and particulates from automotive, aircraft, and similar mechanical components; removes oils and drawing compounds from stampings; cleans shop oils, greases, and similar soils from components prior to secondary finishing operations including painting, plating, application of various electrostatic spray coatings; and removes grease, oils, and light carbon deposits from stampings, turnings, and similar components used in every sector of industry.

 

IT-5003 solution can be safely used with most base metals and alloys without pitting or discoloration. It is very soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, acetone, acetic acid, and ethyl acetate. The cleaner is low on corrosivity with negligible volatile organic compounds (VOCs), non-flammability, low odor& low toxic.

IT-2589 is a precision cleaner spray for cleaning and degreasing of the metal surfaces. It cleans quickly & effectively & guarantees absolutely clean surfaces. The cleaner evaporates without leaving any residues and is free CFC & CHC’s.

It is an ideal cleaner for de-greasing metal surfaces before surface treatment. Other applications include its use as a cleaning agent for bearings before lubrication, for removing oil, grease and dirt residues from assemblies or as a cleaner during repair jobs, etc.

When changing your molding machine to run a different material and/or switching the color of the mixture, you need a purging compound that will not only remove all traces of the previous mix, including degraded material from the screw and barrel, but accomplish this with as little downtime as possible. Coratex® liquid purging compound cleans the entire plasticator, mixed with a minimum amount of plasticizing material. It can be used immediately after the molding process to avoid costly delays in production.

It will clean not only the pigments and plastic residue from the barrel and screw but, when used without a carrier, is also an excellent polishing medium for removing oxidation from metal.
