Industrial Oils

PAO based synthetic hydraulic fluids designed for use on hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, circulating systems etc where exposures to extreme temperatures exist.

These are compounded with anti-rust, anti-wear, and anti-oxidant additive systems. Natural resistance to carbon and varnish minimizes deposits.

These fluids are fortified with antifoam, antirust agents and have excellent oxidation resistance and are thermally stable.

IT-3407 series vacuum pump oils are free of impurities & feature improved thermal and oxidation stability and rust inhibition. The oils are stable at higher temperature and & hence longer change over intervals are achievable.

The oils exhibit a minimal breakdown or decomposition under operational conditions & help keep the systems cleaner.

PAO synthetic based fluids for enclosed gear systems requiring ashless antioxidants, antiwear and mild EP additive systems. These oils have been designed to provide satisfactory lubrication under hydrodynamic and mild boundary lubrication conditions.

They are recommended for gear systems where moderate loads and high temperatures are expected including worm gears containing soft metals such as bronze, brass and copper.

IT-7401 is stable, high performance synthetic oil designed for high speed applications in the textile industry. The oil is used for lubrication of the rotor bearings of open-end spinning machines operating at higher speeds.

It features a very low evaporation rate for longest life and has a wide useful temperature range. The oil has excellent oxidation stability, leaves no deposits and has a built in non-sling, non-drip characteristics. It resists "pumping" and assures reliability under adverse conditions of temperature, time, wear and oxidation.

IT-7405 is a single component silicone diffusion pump fluid for high vacuums of upto 10-8 torr. A low vapor pressure and thermal stability make it ideal vacuum oil for use in mass spectrometers or electron microscopes etc. It offers quick pump-down, even after exposure to air under operating conditions. It is a clear, Tetramethyltetra-phenyltrisiloxane,single-component fluid.

Low vapor pressure of IT-7405 silicone fluids at baffle temperatures results in low migration rates. Jets and boiler surfaces hence stay clean; it exhibit virtually no breakdown or decomposition under operational conditions. The recovery rate of IT-7405 after exposure to air at operating temperatures is faster. The fluid features minimal back-streaming, longer service life and cleaner systems & less maintenance required.

A special mineral oil formulation designed to achieve maximum lubricity in unusually high temperature conditions existing in the textile spindles used in ring frames/open end machines. The lubricant provides excellent lubrication, enhancing spindle life and helps reduce the power consumption of the spindle device.

It helps reduce wear & provides excellent corrosion protection properties.

High temperature chain oil based on mixture of synthetic oils & designed for all kinds of chains, joints, bearings, seals & wire ropes having an exposure of temperatures of upto 210 °C.

It features lubrication up to + 250°C & offers excellent wear & corrosion protection. Economical in use since re-lubrication is extended and consumption is reduced.

Recommended for high-pressure, high-temperature hydraulic systems and for systems which operate in a high-moisture environment with wide variances in temperature.

Some examples are mobile construction equipment, bucket-trucks, marine/offshore equipment and other equipment operating under low-temperature conditions. The oils feature completely ash-less, excellent shear stability and superior oxidation resistance.

IT-7497 is a high temperature synthetic adhesive chain lubricant designed for lubrication of the chains and wire ropes exposed to high speeds, water/sea-water contamination. It gives excellent   protection against corrosion & wear.

It also does not get thrown of at high speeds and is neutral to ‘O’ rings. Typical examples of application are for lubrication of the Industrial chains, chains which operate under water, seawater or those having which are exposed to steam. It is a lubricant of choice for chains operating in dusty/ dirty atmospheres or for roller chains such as in motorcycles, forklifts, etc. The lubricant reduces wear, is economical in use and extends re-lubrication intervals.

Formulated with select synthetic oils, performance enhancing additives for tack, anti-wear and EP properties, IT-7486 chain lubricant is designed for all type of chain and wire rope drives operating in high temperature zones. The lubricant is compatible to most sensitive paint systems.

Its exceptional high temperature stability makes it a lubricant of choice for the automotive paint baking systems. IT-7486 exhibits a remarkably resistance against oxidation and evaporation at elevated temperatures. The higher temperature performance of the lubricant coupled with a substantial reduction in the coefficient of friction, it offers enables greater mechanical efficiency achieved in the chain transmission.

The lubricant is formulated using high quality refined mineral oil which exhibits excellent stability & resists oxidation and break-down even when exposed to prolonged high temperatures.

Incorporating effective anti-wear additives, the lubricant exhibits good anti-wear properties & protects needles, sinkers and cams against wear. It also protects against corrosion.

The lubricant is self-emulsifiable in water and exhibits a very high level of scourability from the knitted fabrics.

A premium quality fully synthetic fluid designed with a high viscosity for high temperature applications, the lubricant is non-carbonizing and an ash less lubricant. It does not form carbon, gum or sludge & exhibits a very low evaporation rate making it last longer. It also has outstanding wetting and spreading properties.

The lubricant is designed for all kinds of chains, lateral chain belts, conveyors, joints, bearings, seals & wire ropes having an exposure of temperatures of up to 250 °C, chain drives in the automotive paint booth systems, chain & wire rope drives at brick works, glass and ceramic industries, steel works, tube manufacturing plants, bakeries etc. It features excellent wear & corrosion protection properties. The lubricant has excellent oxidation stability and extends the relubrication intervals making it economical in use. Natural detergency helps keep the systems clean and free of deposits.

IT-3408 series refrigeration oils are heavy-duty refrigeration compressor oils made from select base stocks for minimum carbon deposits.

These have special additives for excellent resistance to ammonia and other refrigerants and contains exclusive wear-reducing additive. These are not recommended for use with HFC refrigerants. This product has efficient additives that inhibit sludge formation in the presence of commonly used refrigerants. Sludge will clog expansion valves, stick valves and rings, and cause deposits that choke the system’s cooling efficiency. IT-3408 will not produce corrosive or sludge-forming reactions with metals and refrigerants commonly found in refrigeration systems.

It does not foam and has excellent low temperature performance because it is supplemented with pour point depressants. This assures that the oil will remain perfectly fluid at low temperatures while maintaining the highest viscosity for effective lubrication. IT-3408 is used for reciprocating and rotary refrigeration compressors. Cold storage warehouses, ice rinks, and meat and other food processors are typical users of IT-3408.

Because of its very low pour point, this oil is specially suitable for lubrication of compressors using R12, R22, R11, R113, R1381 and R502 as refrigerants, and also suitable for NH3 and CO2 refrigerant compressors.

High performance gear oils formulated with polyalkylene glycol base fluids. Antioxidants, anti-wear, and corrosion inhibitor additives enhance the performance of these gear oils.

These are recommended for industrial worm gear lubrication and can also function well as general purpose gear lubrication. The oils possess excellent oxidative and thermal stability & a high load carrying capacity.

These offer lower friction; hence less power is consumed. Good on steel-steel and steel-bronze combinations

IT-7403 is high performance ambient temperature chain oil designed for lubrication of the industrial conveyors, chains and wire ropes. Being adhesive, the lubricant resists fling-off & does not get thrown off when used on high speed chains.

It gives an excellent protection against corrosion & wear.

IT-7400 is stable, high performance synthetic oil designed for high temperature applications designed for use in paint booth conveyor chains, ceramic production, glass production, paper, plywood production or textile stenters chains.

It can also be used as a bearing lubricant in high temperature environments. The product features very low evaporation rate for longest life, an excellent oxidation stability with no deposits and outstanding film strength, better than other synthetics. It has a wide useful temperature range with built in non-sling, non-drip characteristics. Reliability under adverse conditions of temperature, time, wear and oxidation is assured. The lubricant offers outstanding anti-wear properties with reduced chain drag.

Motorcycles are high-speed applications that operate in tough conditions like rain, dirt, sand, and high shock loads. These specially developed chains are used as the part of the drive train to transmit the motor power to the back wheel.

The chain must never be run dry. Lubricating the chain regularly prolongs its life. IT-2598 is based on synthetic oils containing oil soluble organo-moly compounds. It goes on to wet to penetrate parts deeply, setting up an adhesive lubricating coating that does not fling-off at high speeds. The protective coating set up on the outer of the chains protects against the corrosion and weathering effects.

IT-3200 AW series are fully synthetic and have been formulated from premium polyalphaolefin (PAO) base fluids for use in a wide variety of industrial and mobile hydraulic systems operating at high pressure and under extreme temperature conditions. These fluids have superior anti-wear and rust and oxidation inhibitors to provide excellent wear protection for hydraulic pumps and motors. They have outstanding oxidation resistance and thermal stability to help minimize deposit formation and provide long service life, and protects against rust and corrosion. This series also has excellent

Demulsibility in the presence of water and provides foam resistance. These fluids are particularly recommended for use in applications where operating conditions may be unfavorable or too severe for conventional mineral oil-based hydraulic oils. The fluid exhibits very good extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties. It resists oxidation & is a non-corrosive lubricant for non-ferrous metals, in particular bronze alloys. It is used for hydraulic systems on mobile equipment, i.e. dump trucks, motor graders, bulldozers, forklifts, hydraulic presses, shears, jacks and punches in machine shops to name a few applications

IT-4100~4680 series oils are extreme pressure industrial lubricating & gear oils containing EP additives.

Fortified with antifoam, antirust and anti-oxidation agents, the oils have excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability.

These exhibit very good extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties.

IT-7402 series silicone fluids are polydimethylsiloxane oils with average kinematic viscosities ranging from 50 to 10,000 cSt. These are heat stable & exhibit excellent oxidation resistance, very low vapor pressure and high flash point.

The fluids show very little change in physical properties over a wide temperature span - a relatively flat viscosity-temperature slope, and serviceability from -40°C up to 200°C. The fluids have good dielectric properties over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies and a low surface tension - readily wets clean surfaces to impart water repellence and release characteristics. Typical applications includes its use as a mechanical fluid, hydrolic stabilizers, damping media, as release agent, foam preventative, as lubricant or as an insulating fluid.

A low viscosity, quick evaporating stamping fluid designed for drawing of both ferrous & non-ferrous sheet metal, IT-2507 is applied by a suitable method on the sheet metal just before stamping. After the operation, the residual oil will evaporate at room temperature without leaving any oil traces on the surface of the sheet metal. 

Cleaning of the sheets for removal of any oil traces for further operation is not necessary as it evaporates without leaving any traces. This is a ready to use formulation and do not mix with water. The lubricant is used for stamping and drawing of automotive radiator coils, stamping of magnetic steel, embossing and bending or drawing/forming of non-ferrous sheet metal.

It evaporates nearly without residues & no post application cleaning is necessary. It reduces wear & hence extended tool life.
