Infrastructure
Mixing
Mixing is the heart of rubber industry where the Rubber technology comes into the picture. Our research and development wing is always making efforts to make the products to satisfy the customers, we have a rubber technologist to assist the customers to select proper polymers and compounds.
Moulding
Equipped with highly sophisticated automatic compression moulding machines, transfer moulding and injection moulding for production. The moulding process is done in a dust free environment with each moulding size upto 1200 mm.
Extruding
With the help of cold feed and hot feed extruders and with independent controlling factors a precise profile can be extruded with no dimension variation.
Die Making
A sophisticated tool room with CAD/CAM facility is well equipped to manufacture dies and moulds to give the precision products. The total in house facility to make the dies is enabling us to cater for the maintenance required items in time.
Testing Facility
Equipped with all chemical and physical testing facilities as per IS to serve better to the valuable customers. Facilities like tensile testing, elongation at break, hardness, specific gravity, ash contents, compression set, water absorptions test, cold chamber testing, vacuum testing are available.
Injection Moulding
Equipped with the state-of-the-art machines to cater the demanding needs. Injection moulding is an important processing technique for converting elastomeric materials into final products. The injection moulding machine automatically performs: raw material feeding, heating, polymer mix plasticization and mould injection: all operations are performed under controllable conditions of temperature, time, speed and pressure. Used for high quantity with quality, rubber products.
