TCDC History

Twin City Die Castings Company was established on November 7th, 1919 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Harmon family purchased the company in 1974. Both Steve and Doug Harmon played active roles in the day to day management of the company until Steve passed away in February 2005. As of then, Doug has taken over the role of CEO.
August 1989 TCDC opened a new plant in Watertown, South Dakota and in 1998 a third plant was added. These two facilitates off complete zinc and aluminum die casting and machining operations.
November 2000 TCDC opened it’s newest plant, a state-of-the-art magnesium and aluminum die cast facility in Monticello, Minnesota
