Our range of Double Action Double Break Fuse Switch Units is covered with thick steel sheet that is capable to hold 100Amps to 630 Amps current. The quality powder coaling is applied with seven tank system that ensures smooth and lasting finish against corrosive and humid atmosphere. Designed in compliance with C13947 Part (I & III)-1993 and IEC - 947-3, our range is suitable for extreme, humid hot weather conditions. Features of Fuse Switch Units with HRC Fuses:

• Double break isolation enables incoming supply to be conceded to either bottom or top terminals.

• All current carrying contacts are tin plated for high conductivity and longer life.

Mounting and Cable Entry

The Switches can be mounted easily for individual use or on industrial panel boards. Cable entry holes & slot covered with removable end plates are provided at the bottom and also at the rear side of the switch to facilitate cable connections from any side.

We provide Rewireable Switch Fuse Units that is developed using quality tested material.  Available in different range, the switch fuse unit is widely used in industrial and commercial applications where heavy on-load switching continuous duty and repeated switching operation are required. Meeting the requirement international quality standard, these units and switches are preferred by domestic, agricultural and industrial consumers.

Testing / Approvals

Crystal Switch Fuse Units are marked with ISI for 16 Amps to 100 Amps under Licensed No. CML-9414375 and also tested satisfactory for short circuit test of over 2/4 KA at 240/415 Volts, Utilization Category AC23 A as per IS 13947-(Part I & III 1993.

They have successfully withstood testing by various approved test houses such as, ERDA Vadodara, I.IT. Kanpur CPRI Bhopal, RTC New Delhi and also approved by various Govt. Departments such as Pb. Govt. Quality Marks Pb. PWD B&R, MES (All India), CPWD

We supply Switch Disconnectors Fuse Units DIN and BOLT Type (Open Execution) that are fabricated using quality raw material. These are manually operated three pole switches with neutral, which has a provision to connect load at either side of the terminals. During 'OFF' position of unit, fuses are being isolated from both sides and can be safely removed at the time of maintenance or replacement. Designed in compliance with IEC: 947-3, IEC: 664 and IS: 13947 Part (I&III) – 1993 quality standard, these unit ensure high breaking, long contact life and safety under short circuit conditions.
