Our Manufacturing Process
We undertake the construction of our pools incorporating all relevant information regarding measurements, techniques, civil authorities’ guidelines and the environment in which the pool has to be constructed. The underlying infrastructure is put in place and the pool is finally constructed in compliance with clients’ requirements. The entire process is outlines thus:
Permits - The first step is obtaining a pool permit to begin construction. Permits are governed and issued by the civil authorities.
Layout & Excavation - The shape and position of the pool is designed and outlined by our in house design team. Once approved, the outline serves as a guide for our excavators to dig and the pool begins to take shape.
Plumbing & Steel - We use high grade piping to plumb the motor, pump, cleaning system and water features. The pool has a framework that is contoured to the shape of the pool.
Electrical - A professional electrical technician carefully makes all of the electrical connections in the pool with approved conduit, wire and bonding for lighting and other functions.
Pool Shell Application - Tough and durable construction materials are used to provide a tough, durable pool shell.
Accent Features - If accent features are incorporated in the pool design, this is the phase in which they are added.
Tile - Tiles are hand-laid and carefully grouted around the waterline of the pool. Decorative mosaic tiles can be placed on pool's steps or swim-out for added beauty.
Interior Surfacing - An experienced surfacing crew will apply the pool interior of choice. Our surfacing crews use extra care to create a seamless interior finish where steps and walls meet the pool floor.
Start Up - Our start up technicians finally finish the installation of the pool's cleaning system After balancing the pool's water chemistry, they start up the new pool and assure everything is running properly.
