Quality Considering quality as an essential part of our operations, we have been adopting all the quality management techniques to come up with high quality fenestration products. To give the best quality products to our clients, we follow a stringent quality check procedure through out our manufacturing processes. We bring in use high grade raw materials for manufacturing these products. The different materials sourced from the vendors for manufacturing of our builder hardwares are : iron & steel as well as aluminium and iron castings.
These materials are tested at our quality check unit to come up with durable quality hardware items. We can also carry destructive test in each batch at the rate of 2%. Once the decorative items are manufactured, polished and are ready for the market, they are checked on the following parameters:

Designs We are aimed at enhancing the beauty of the doors, windows, garden boundaries and other surroundings. Our pool of designers are focused on designing and manufacturing these builder hardware in various designs. Our experienced hardware designers come up with different types of finials and brackets in various designs. They understand the changing choices of the clients and are also aware of the latest designs being appreciated by the clients. Our Team We are backed by an experienced team of professionals. They understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly design & manufacture various types of rod rests, brackets, post tabs, rotating connectors and a large variety of finials. All our team members are constantly engaged in research & development processes. We have a team of engineers, technical staff, R & D experts and other staff. Jay Dwivedi is an engineer by profession and has more than 35 years of experience in technical design and development of engineering products. He has vast experience in improvement of factory infrastructure, product assembly development and supply chain management. He has been successfully earning ISO 2000 and ISO 19000 certificates for more than 10 years for this department.
Being a very talented and innovative product designer, S Jaynu overlooks the design center. Her creativity motivates the employees to manufacture interesting design and bring intrinsic work quality in the products. |
