We strongly follow the American Quality Standard of AQL and certify every single garment. Our inspectors check every single garment and affix a sticker with a Quality seal before it pass on to the next stage.

All garments are stitched only by the approved factories of international standard, confirming to social accountability norms.

Various parameters are constantly checked, monitored and controlled in the production process.
All recommended tests are conducted for ascertaining Quality standards specified by various statutory agencies of the relevant countries, as per buyers' requirements. Critical focus is kept on Cotton, Yarn and Knitted Cloth Quality.

Infrastructure

Raw Materials: We Keenly concentrate about using good fibre for knitting, we select it in the way that gives unique properties of strength, durability and absorbency. We procure yarn from reputed spinning mills in all over India .

Knitting : Knitting is the first and foremost step in the business of fine knit wear making. The finishing product is only as good as the knitting machines. Hi-Precised knitting machines has done our fabric with constant dimensional stability. Our knitting range starts from single jersey to polar fleece with all the blend.

Dyeing : Colours are the constant factor in the changing fashion. All of our fabric has been done by softflow dyeing machines and keep the fastness as international standard. The technology facilitates environment friendly operations as it is free of AZO_ Dyes.

Embroidery: The art of embroidery is the key factor in the value added fashion garments. To deliver the unmatched quality, we preferred imported multi colour machines. This ensures execution of flawless and pleasing embroidery on any type of knitted fabrics in all colours.

Sampling : As we are well aware of the importance of the department, it has been put p with highly skilled workers. Pattern maker and enough staff headed by a professionally qualified manager. We forecast the trends and create our own styles here. It is working as pilot unit for manufacturing its prime duty is to satisfy the buyers with their requirements of quality. Moreover C.S accords greater salience customer service catering for following up their requirements promptly and efficiently are our vital principles. Sample requests can be met normally within 20-25 days.

Garmenting : Production Plant, ensconced in an area of 45000 sqft has a wide range of imported accessories and machineries for stitching garments, buttonhole and collars. The precision in cutting results in a garment's finesse. To live up to the exacting standards in cutting, C.S Garments engages well experienced cutting masters to receive consistent and sharpness throughout the lot with very little wastage. And a total of 200 Sewing machines comprising Flat Lock, Over Lock and single stitch, provide an optimum scope to produce extremely perfect garments of superior quality. The accessories are operated by a team of efficient manpower and monumental emphasis is laid on quality control to ensure zero-error in production. All garments and end-products are checked thoroughly by expert supervisors before they are packaged for delivery. C.S Garments believes in 100% quality and does not deliver anything short of that.
