CS aerotherm has supplied more than 100 ovens – batch ovens for a wide variety of applications for the coated disc plant. This involves first stage curing, second stage curing and drying operations.  Most of these ovens are electrically operated with very high efficiency on temperature control.

Heat exchangers up to 8.5 lakh Kcal per hr. have been designed and fabricated by CS aerotherm for various applications. The heat exchangers are built with specially processed heat resistance stainless steel capable of with standing temperatures up to 1100 Deg.C.

Here the principle of operation is to use the available fuel (cobb) in the seed processing plant and provide economy in the operation. The cob dryers were designed for a capacity of 4.5 million Kcal per hour with a drying capacity of about 1600 tones of maize per cycle of 90 hrs.

An air classifier is an industrial machine which sorts materials by a combination of size, shape, and density. It works by injecting the material stream to be sorted into a chamber which contains a column of rising air. Inside the separation chamber, air drag on the objects supplies an upward force which counteracts the force of gravity and lifts the material to be sorted up into the air. Due to the dependence of air drag on object size and shape, the objects in the moving air column are sorted vertically and can be separated in this manner.

The air classifiers have been supplied by us to customers in Europe for classification of fine abrasive powder and other micro and nano materials.

Humidity and de-humidity chambers are exclusively designed for products which have characteristics of absorbing moisture from the ambient conditions. Special applications for abrasive products have been designed and are working continuously for the satisfaction of the customers.

CS aerotherm has exclusively designed an automation panel (PLC Based) for control of the curing oven for the production of no. of different products ranging from plastics, abrasives, insulation material, aerospace components, composite materials and a wide range of different applications.

We offer a range of project technical services and industrial equipment depending on the customer’s requirements. Although our major role has been provider of capital equipments, we have also provided services in the following areas where we have been retained as project consultants:
