The manufacturing facilities are located at the outskirts of Bangalore next to Electronic City, home to the largest Software Companies of India and some of the biggest electronic hardware/software MNCs. Why Us?
We give you a few case studies which illustrate why customers preferred us:

1. Curing Oven for Performance Plastics – In this particular application (Temperature range upto 250Deg.C) the product is highly sensitive to temperatures slightly above 250Deg.C and the requirement of very accuratecontrol of temperature was an important criteria. Taking into consideration the possibility of product catching fire – the equipment is so designed not only to take critical care of the set temperature to be within the specified limits, but also as to spray cold water into the system with positive safety locking of the door if the process value of the temperature exceeds certain maximum specified limits. A five level safety precaution was taken in the design of this equipment.

2. Curing oven for thin wheel plant at Nagpur and Himachal Pradesh – The curing of grinding wheels is a specific application requiring very accurate and critical maintenance of ramp and soak conditions for the product, with the curing time up to 21 hrs. The entire set of batch ovens were designed with PLC operation and SCADA so that the whole process could be monitored very accurately. The criticality of the process can be seen in the product quality. The user is highly appreciative of the product quality from the oven designed by CS aerotherm.

3. Online Curing oven for Saint Gobain – A conveyorised curing oven with six zones extending up to total length of 18 meters was designed to synchronize with the speed of the pick and place machine for the coated disc plant. The challenge was to ensure that the curing of the disc is achieved with in 7 to 8 minutes (during which period the entire product travels on the conveyor) so that very high level of productivity is achieved.
