We have all the production facilities available to produce Quality Forgings from the range 25 kg?s to 10,000 kg?s i.e. Steam Forging Hammer Capacity 10 MT, Preheating and Heat Treatment Furnaces fitted with Thermocouples to maintain proper and required temperature of Forging as per the requirement of specific grade of steel and to achieve the required propertied in the Forged material as per the demand of the customers. The FORGING MANUPILATOR ( German ) helps us efficient and speedy forgings at required tempratures. The Company is capable of Forging and casting various grades of steels such as Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, Construction Steel, Alloy Steel, Low Carbon Steel, Medium Carbon Steel, High Carbon Steel and cast iron. The unit made a humble beginning with a 500 kg. Induction furnace in 1983. And is now spread over area of 42000 Sq. yards with :
