Soham Electroplast is manufacturing Plastic Cans from 5 ltr to 40 ltr and supplying to Chemical, Edible oil, Pesticides mfg companies including export oriented customers.
Shubhada & Soham are very quality conscious companies and producing their products with highly sophisticated Windsor machines.

Dust Ring & Dust Cover

We manufacture a wide range of dust cover and dust ring for prevention of dust going on brake .

5 types of dust covers/dust rings have been developed with each above 225mm blank diameter & different forming & drawing condition.
One of it is having about 22mm draw.
Two dust covers are developed from strip instead of sheet of CRCA.
There is single source to provide these components.

We are supplying these components to BOSCH (formerly KBX) for brake systems of Maruti 800, Alto, Wagon R, Van, Zen, Piaggio rickshaw, Minidor and others.

We offer a wide range of bearing retainer & various deep drawn, pipe drawn, formed, flanged & lanced for automobile industry. Our company gives solution to various vehicle manufacturing companies. Some of our involvement through our product range includes:

One of the components requires a dia.3 hole from sideways. .
A cam type die is developed to pierce Dia.3mm holes from two sides. .
Bearing retainer of Maruti Van is a very critically formed component with close tolerance. .

Our components are mainly supplied to Bosch, Suyog Rubber (I) Pvt ltd(Vendor of Tata & Mahindra) for various vehicles such as Scorpio, Tata Safari, Maruti & Piaggio.

Rim, Web and Welded Shoe

Our company is also engaged in the manufacturing of rim, web & welded shoe for various automobiles.

6 types of rims & 7 types of webs are manufactured for different leading vehicles viz. Maruti800, Zen, Alto, Van, Swift, Esteem, Tata Indica, Bajaj Rickshaw, Mahindra Logan, Tata Economy Car (Rs. 1 lacs) & etc. .
Web developed for Mahindra Logan has full shaving as like fine blanked component on its welding face & anchor point. .
Pad plate developed for Maruti 800 for its front disk brake is having full shaving on its two lugs with dimension between the two maintained within +/-0.05mm. .
Each rim has lancing, dimpling & radius bending operations which are to be maintained within close dims. .
Progressive tools have been developed for four types of rims and four types of web. .
Shoe welding can be done in house on projection welding machines. .
A fully developed & tested set-up for shoe welding, coining & piercing is ready with CSPL.

Our company is one of the main sources to supply these items in quantities to Bosch. Currently, our company is short-listed supplier by Bosch for supplying Rim, Webs for Toyota.

Stainless Steel Clamp

Some of the features of Stainless steel clamp includes:

This is an adjustable clamp.
Basic clamp parts are pressed parts of stainless steel(various thk) on which blanking, forming, bending etc various operations are performed. .
The clamp assembly is of total 14 components which includes pressed parts, Trob components, Spring, nuts, ‘T’ type bolt, Rivets etc. .
The assembly involves Spot Welding operation on SS parts. Required gauges, jigs & fixtures are made for properly assembling the parts during various stages.

Rear & Front Mount

Total 3 different components, Top Plate(5mm), Bottom Plate(5mm) & Side Plate(3mm) required for a Mount. .
Each component is having different degree of bending operation performed on it. Side plate is bent into ‘U’ shape. .
Precise & very controlled CO2 welding operation is performed for welding of bolts to top plate & bottom plate. For this various welding & checking fixtures have been developed as accuracy of welding required is +/-0.2mm.
These components are used for making engine mount of a top leading SUV –SCORPIO & Military Vehicle By Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd after rubber moulding & assembling them at Suyog Rubber (I) Pvt Ltd. .
Nearly about 95% of total required mounts are supplied to Mahindra for Scorpio through Suyog Rubber.

Friction Disk Assembly

Assembly of 3 round plates with riveting of friction disc.
Broaching is done inhouse on the assembly of 3 plates.
Individual plate flatness with assembly flatness is achieved through great care.
Riveting fixture is developed to perform riveting at 6 places at a time.
Plating is done to assembly of plates.
Two types of friction disks are manufactured by CEPL.
CEPL is a single source to Bosch for this part fitting to Mahindra Tractors.

Gear Shift Lever

Assembly of 3 parts is done by CO2 welding.
Out of 3 parts, two are made by forming operation on pipe.
Special fixtures are developed to keep the centre axis of the 3 parts within 0.7mm tolerance after welding operation.
Powder coating is done as a part of finishing operation at end.
Currently CEPL is manufacturing 2 types of gear lever which are supplied through Suyog Rubber to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd for their Nashik & Kandivli Plant.
CEPL is single source to supply this item for Scorpio. Almost all Scorpio on road are fitted with CEPL’s gear lever. .

Transformer Tank

Various types of transformer tanks & cable boxes for industrial & domestic purposes are manufactured at CSPL for EMCO Transformers Ltd, Jalgaon (Umala & MIDC plants).
CSPL has also supplied heavy tanks to Crompton Greaves Ltd, Nashik(M.S.).
As CSPL has complete facility of fabrication, shearing M/c & press shop; it can easily manufacture heavy tanks in quantities.
CSPL is planning to set-up radiators (fins) manufacturing plant so that it can serve the power industry more efficiently.

Shubhada Agroplast is manufacturing PVC pipe fittings for agricultural sector sustainable at high pressure levels.
Agricultural Fittings (Tee, Elbow, Reducer, End Cap, MTA & other items) from 63mm to 110mm are manufactured in heavy & deluxe( Extra Heavy) range.
SAPL has strong distributors & dealers network through-out the Maharashatra & its neighbouring states viz. Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka etc. It has very good appreciation in highly irrigated districts such as Kolhapur, Sangli, Jalgaon, Solapur & Pune. Shubhada Agroplast has range of fittings from 20mm to 110mm suiting to the needs of construction sector & others.
Foot Valve of 75mm is a recent introduction of SAPL to the market. It has got very good response from all the dealers & distributors. Slowly & Steadily SAPL is targeting all the required items in this category.

Soham Electroplast is manufacturing wide variety of cans from 1 ltr to 40 ltr for chemical, oil & pesticides & other industries.
Cans of variety of shapes & weights are manufactured at SEPL as per the need/demand of the customer.
Caps & inners required for cans are also manufactured by SEPL. So its like a one stop solution for customers requiring cans within range of 1 ltr to 40 ltr.
