Only after these stringent parameters are met, the condoms are hermetically sealed and finally delivered. Further, these tests also assure our clients of dermatologically tested condoms.

Our production schedule is based largely as per the sales order placed with the organization and even the procurement of the basic material is made according to the production schedule. The basic material sourced is sent for milling in the attritor for making dispersions as per COMP-SOP-02. Then, raw latex is pumped and compounded by storing in the compounding tank and prepared as soon as dispersion is approved. Now, the

compound is pre vulcanized at a temperature between 35- 40ºC for 4 hours & subsequently cooled & maintained around 25ºC. Further, the compound is matured between 24-72 hrs and the approved compound by the quality inspectors is adjusted as per specifications and stored in service tank for dipping.

Following machines are used for compounding and dipping:

• Korean M/C. (South Korean Technology), chain with 2940 slots operated with two motors and two dip tanks each 9-meter length and other tanks like stripping, Acid, cold and hot water tanks are located between the tanks.
• Richter M/C. (German Technology)

Moulds are washed initially with hydrochloric acid and then with cold water and the final rinsing is done with hot water maintained around a temperature of 70º C. Now, the moulds are dried by passing through hot chambers and are dipped in first dip tank where in the temperature is maintained between 23º & 26º C. then , these moulds are passed through 1st dry zone at a temperature of 50 and 100º C and sent for second dipping after partial drying. Further, the mould is again passed in the second drying zone after passing through the beading rollers, where beadings of the partially dried condoms are done. Now, the beaded condoms are dried further in the second zone and passed through Ammonia tank, each tank is maintained between 40-50º C. Unwanted materials like proteins are leached out and swelling of the dried condoms take place in the ammonia tank. Furrther, these swelled condoms are passed for dipping that occurs in stripping tank which contain Miglon –D and Miglon – T. The tackiness of the rubber is removed and condoms are stripped out through the nozzle. They are passing through the perforated metallic cone where partial dehydration takes place and are mixed with silica powder slurry maintained at around 2.5% concentration. After passing through the metallic cone products are collected in plastic crates.

During vulcanization, dehydration is conducted for 4 to 5 minute with the help of Dehydrator and 30 to 35 Kgs of dehydrated and powdered un-vulcanized products are taken into one round of production. They are charged in the vulcaniser as soon as it reaches between 80 and 90ºC which takes between 45minutes and 60minutes. The products are taken out manually and spread over the f - table for further cooling for 10 to 15 minutes. The cooled products are powdered before being stored in polythene bags.

Spread over an area of 261360sq. Ft, we have a state-of-the-infrastructure is located at Nasik, 200 kms away from Mumbai. In our infrastructure, we have installed production capacity of 400 million pieces per annum and are able to meet ever growing demands of the wide based clients. Further, our manufacturing unit is compliant with stringent pollution control measures and facilitated with hi tech machinery to produce high quality latex condoms as per international standards and norms.
